6So far nobody answer my messages, the email response is automated, imposible to make an appointment I m so frustrated
Been trying to contact my Counsel that is Chile of course, several times since my passport will be expiring early next year. No one answer the phone. Looked on line and there are only available in Chicago and Miami? I'm on the west coast, even do still need to travel at least 2 hours to get there, would like to make the appointment before I go. Can you please answer the phone

I assumed there is a problem with the consulate's phone line, I get a busy tone for 3 days now so I'm unable to make an appointment. I've tried by internet but no answer yet after 3 days.
Sadly they sucked! They make so difficult! No answer emails on time and never answer the phone either! You need 6 months to really get something done!
Shame on all of you. Chilean consulate is the most unprofessional consulate in the world. Rude people, diplomacy is not part of their vocabulary, never answer the phone, never respond to e-mails. We the people pay your salary, so do your job or returned your pay check
