Consulate of Mexico, Fresno CA

By far the worse service and the employees not helpful they ask you for docs that are no we’re written In the consulate web at all. Worse prepare yourself to be required of documents that they do not ask for on their own internet page

The worst thing is that they are all very sassy. You ask them something and they answer very ugly and the person in front of you is a tall blonde lady who ignores you. The security has no manners and is very bloody. You come in and they want you to know everything. The worst thing is, honestly, they should change everything, the lady. The notary avoids her and tells you in a fyeete voice that you check it carefully because it is not going to be changing every now and then and knowing that she is the one who is wrong, she puts words that are not written on the paper. I HOPE THEY CHANGE THE PERSONNEL SOON

Very disappointing how they can't give us a time and keep saying just keep calling us

Me and my wife were here for our residency application, they were very helpful and kind. Assisted us very well, we highly recommend Mexican Consulate in Fresno!

Horrible service, I have a set appointment for tomorrow and apparently I am seeing that the office is closed tomorrow. The phone and online service is terrible. Typical government service, not good at all.

They never answer the phones. And the consulate on wheels is worse. Terrible service. They do not give all the necessary information.

I think they deserve no stars, very bad service, apart from the manners they have in treating people badly, no one pleases everything they ask for.

The one who calls herself a consul is an arrogant lady who abuses the position she holds and has no empathy with the people who go to a consulate to ask for help!

Does anyone know of any COMPETENT consulate offices that do their job? A year later and they still refuse to do their job! It's beyond frustrating! I've called! I've emailed! I've gone in person and been told I have to call or email! And nothing has worked! WHO CAN WE REPORT THEM TO? !

Finally got through to someone on the phones JUST TO BE TOLD THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS and to keep calling! This place is a sad joke. They're supposed to be here to help our community.

Thank you for attending and making my appointment for next week. At the Santa Ana California consulate there are appointments available for passports and consular license plates.

We went to process our Children's Passports and the People who assisted us were very kind.

The workers have no customer service touch.arrogant.no education.they literally send people to the curb.

The worst consulate is the one in Fresno ca. Their workers are arrogant and lack respect, they are not even educated and these countries believe they are ambassadors of the UN

The phone they give for appointments doesn't work. And in Linia it does not allow registration. Any other alternative for passport and mobile consulate appointments please?

Sooooo rude! Definitely not wanting to genuinely help people, especially people of their own kind. They need better workers & customer service training. They have sent my parents back for documents and claim they never asked it or suddenly request different ones. So unprofessional. I work with kindergarteners who have better social & communication skills. Do better Consulmex
