Best service I have ever seen. They process my daughter birth certificate just in 5 minutes.

Hard to assess actual experience, so I’m giving the benefit of the doubt and rating it an average of 3 for now… but the hours listed on maps is NOT ACCURATE! Went today after lunch thinking I was going plenty early as it said it closes at 4pm as per maps… only to find it closed at 12pm The door sign says Mon-Thurs 9am-12pm, closed Fridays. And once realizing, I also tried to call the number to check and low and behold, the voice message says the same as the door sign. So best advice is to call the number and find out what the current hours actually are before you make a trek here… best of luck

I called to get information about how to get my daughters birth certificate. The lady who answered I believe her name was Anna sounded as if I was bothering her. She gave me a little bit of information and I had to call back and ask questions that I believe she should have already told me with a better tone and attitude in her voice.

I phoned this department and a woman by the name of Anna
answered the phone. She was extremely rude while speaking to me.
Maybe we did not have a great phone connection but she was less
than willing to be civil. I work in Customer Service and this person
either needs training while speaking with people coming in contact with her, or she needs to be released. It was pretty obvious she treats people this way quite often and there has not been any consequences.
