I gave birth to my first daughter 4 years ago, they induced my labor, they listened to me all the time and respected what I thought, a little hurt by the touch but it is something that has to be done from time to time when they induce labor, but The nurses and doctors were very kind and respectful, I would definitely return to the delivery room.

I was sick for two months and this place saved my life. When you don’t have anywhere to turn this place takes care of you. Dr. SAHANA SRIDAR treated me like her own son and guided me through this tough time in my life. She’s a doctor that really cares and doesn’t treat you like another number. If you ever get the pleasure to have her as your doctor treat her like your own mother!

The WORST costumer service. The worst attitudes. The rudest people work here. Don’t trust them with your life! Go to ANY other hospital but here.

Shoutout to Jessica for flipping a patient's number from 6 to a 9, dialing the wrong number and me receiving it; it makes sense how someone had to write a review on their worst birth experience on here, because the worker was so unprofessional and yelled at me on the phone for being confused, as I, a 21 year old, didn't know what id "contra costa ct" was hence i answered thinking it was important. I said in the first place she got the wrong number but instead of double checking, she really was so sure of herself more than enough to proceed getting angry with me and being so negative over the phone. Whether I was the patient or especially not, keep your workers in check with how they approach people. Healthcare is supposed to help people feel at ease and safe, yet I've heard of people getting the worst treatment from nurses, especially during childbirth.

I came to the hospital and they didn't want to treat me in Spanish, the terrible nurse told me that she didn't speak Spanish, only English.

Do not ever have your baby here, they will butcher you c-section and their bedside manners are nonexistent, the 4 days I spent here was the most traumatizing experience I’ve ever experienced in labor and delivery; and this is my 3 child; 3rd C-section (the most awful) smh

It's a trip receiving Medical care in the Lobby between the N & South towers! All's well.

I went into emergency room early the day after Christmas and I was promptly seen everybody was extremely nice to me there the emergency room doctor was very informative she did every test on me diagnosed me with the very serious condition. I was admitted and was on the fifth floor, overall my stay there was very pleasant, I have to say a couple of the patients were alil problematic that would really be the only negative thing I could say about the hospital, the nurses were very very nice one nurse in particular Colleen who's on the 5th floor was awesome she was great.very compassionate and listened to my concerns. I can't say really anything negative about the hospital, they were there and they took care of me, I would definitely recommend this hospital they made all my follow-up appointments for me day of discharge, they made sure my prescriptions got sent over to pharmacy. I'm at home resting comfortably now thanks to all the staff.a huge thanks

Gave birth here and went straight to the ER and was sent immediately to L&D. This was my 2nd pregnancy and first time at this hospital. I loveee the hospital and staff. I was truly taken care of. My RN was Judith or Judy, I can’t remember her name exactly (sorry). Everyone was so attentive and nice, I had the best experience. Thank you so much Contra Costa Medical. If I could give 1,000 stars I would.
