Very rude and not professional customer service, and managers or supervisors not paying attention to this 1 star customer service. Company CEO have to pay attention to the quality of the workers. If we are gonna spend a couple thousand dollars in this store and be disrespectful I am not gonna go to this store anymore and also I am gonna tell all my friends to not go to this store because it looks like a basare.

Very bad service. They deserved the worst service especially a woman cashier is so rude. If I can, I don’t want to give even a star to them.

I wish I knew David long time ago I sold my 356 and my bug for not knowing a good german mechanic David is great

If you are looking for good customer service this is not the place. Hardly anybody walking the isles to see if customers found what they are looking for. But there is a lot of people in the front to make sure you don't steal Lol. They are conscerned of people stealing but not of people walking out because nobody helps them Lol. They waste a dollar to make they don't loose a penny Lol.

I think they are good store, just need to change the attitude of the cashiers, since not only are lazy to turn an item to see the code bar, and find difficult to walk and check the items, hire guys that work in construction so they are knowledgeable, no little girls.

I went in today for exchange a damaged drawer that I bought a week ago.they are so nice, no questions ask. Rosa asked Charlie to help me, he immediately say " yes". Rosa told me how to get the item and showed me the item number. I walked over and kind of lose because it's a big warehouse, Charlie opposed me with a my old damaged drawer and help me to pick out the right one. I am in and out within a few minutes.

Two stars, service is horrendous, and the management is worse than the employees. It gets two stars because they have good doors, tile, and unique items. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. I have met the store manager, and his lack of enthusiasm and leadership reflects the workers.

Great place to shop for some items, most of their products her huge project like apartments and home flipping, but there are some hidden gems that are cheaper than Lowes, Home Depot, etc.

Good prices, CW needs to improve the checkout process, no defined lines not cool to wait and the cashier takes someone who just walks up, very frustrating!

Prices used to be a little better than @ Home Depot thus traveled the few extra miles but on my last couple of visits to HD Supply house prices have gone up to be same as Home Depot if not more for lesser quality items. Not sure of I'll continue shopping here.

The fascia board they have here is garbage Brand new from the pallet we still have to soit's too short and find the best pieces

Never order windows from this place, I ordered and paid for it and waited for 2 months, came to pick it up they said we can’t make it. I changed the size and ordered again and paid for it, I waited another 2 months, came to pick it up…. Guess what- same exact thing- they can’t make it

We have purchased a lot material from this store through the years but today something has changed. Their customer service is horrible, who ever just called me to pay for material over the phone was extremely rude and I could hear the manager in the back talk rudely as well. What is going on with their management as of late? It's pathetic.

Very rud employees from the front door to the managers they completely ignore you and very poor customer service

Not a bad spot to purchase building materials, but wood prices are through the roof. Also, the 3/4” plywood that’s usually marked by 5 stripes was mixed in with 5/8” plywood. And not just one piece either. Seems disorganized.

Excellent selection with excellent prices.
Contractors and DIY paradise.
Highly recommended.
Staff is a bit difficult to find dor assistance but soon as you get someone they will go out of their way helping you load etc.
