Cookies are delicious and customer service is great. Only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price is expensive but it’s still worth it!

Absolutely love these cookies! I look forward to trying the different flavors every week. The Chocolate Chip is definitely a must!

First time been here using a “gift card” & I want to say what GREAT service I received from the young staff. Can’t go wrong with the 4 choices of cookies they have so went with one of each. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but they are very quick for service. Will be back soon!

Sometimes cookies are soft other times they’re not. Guessing they don’t have a shelf time before throwing out. They just sit until sold. Had this happen a few times where the cookie wasn’t soft.the more popular cookies are mostly soft coz they go a bit faster an are made more often.

Today was our first visit to Cookie Company and it was a very pleasant visit. First the ladies that were working I believe their names were Cassie and Anaise, sorry ladies if I spelled it wrong, you were amazing. My family felt very welcomed and your service was amazing. Secondly the store is super cute, like a boutique for cookies. The flavors were chocolate chip, Snickers, banana cream pie and cinnamon roll. Each cookie was delicious and had great texture. Not too sweet so I could really enjoy them. Thirdly, the ladies recommended some of their speciality drinks and they were so good especially because of how hot it was outside. All in all, our visit was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

I stopped by with my wife today and purchased 3 chocolate chip and 2 drumstick cookies. This was our first time here. The cookies looked amazing, but after the first bite we immediately noticed that the cookies were severely underbaked, not just gooey and soft, but raw. The staff were very friendly and attentive, but the quality control and cook time needs to be improved. I probably won’t be coming back, don’t want to waste another $23 on five partially cooked cookies with a raw center.

Not a fan of the cookies. For the price, I expected something.more. It came off as white sugar, white flour, not a whole lot of flavor besides upfront sweet. So, I was disappointed. Nice little shop, though.

The young woman who waited on us was polite and let us know about the twisted sodas they sell as well as the cookies of the week. We split a chocolate chip one and it was pretty good. A little doughy inside. Got one for my husband so it was 8 dollars for 2 cookies. What I didn’t like is that they have a tip selection when you pay and I’m not sure why I would tip for someone placing cookies in a box. I do tip well for good service but to pay 2.00 extra for boxing seems strange. I pushed no and it was awkward.

They underbake on purpose but the flavors kept us coming back. The quality control isn't great though so the thicker cookies are often completely raw in the middle. The last chocolate chip cookie had a tiny skin of cookie around a huge mass of dough, not really edible and there's no way the middle reached 160F in the oven. I think we're done with this place.

My first time discovering "The Cookie Corner" was a pretty nice experience. The name caught my attention and I was curious as to what they'd offer inside. I was greeted not just by one but all staff and was immediately drawn to their presentation of cookies they had for the week. Because I don't live out in Redlands, I couldn't choose and had to buy their box of four, which was fairly cheap. Every cookie I had didn't disappoint and I knew I'd be back. The second time visiting was just like the last, A little bit more busy but they got me in and out within a couple of minutes. Today has to be by far my favorite encounter. My sister had her first ever baby boy (A New Mommy) and I thought it would be a cool idea to ask if they'd put, "It's a boy" on the cookies. I called as I was an hour and a half out to see if they'd agree to my idea. They only had one leftover color (mint green) but went out of their way to make it more blue to fit the gender. The price stayed the same and they congratulated and thanked me for coming in. This business went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be coming back as well as encourage more people to try them out.

We come pretty frequently; here's some new pics! Yum. Fruity pebbles. Back again: lemon drop cookies, chocolate chip and oreo- these were more baked and oh so tasty. I might be becoming a convert! Back again; cinnamon crunch and brooky which is half chocolate chip, half brownie- yum but bake cinnamon crunch longer. Have come twice in past couple of weeks. 1st time had chocolate chip, and carrot cake. My hubby thought the carrot cake could not be more perfect. It was cake like and the frosting was really good. This last time we got snicker doodles and key lime. Both were tasty with the key lime being surprisingly yummy. The chocolate chip are not as good as Martha Greens but they aren't bad. Just not my favorite and chocolate chip are my favorite cookie. It is $14.00 for 4 cookies and they are a generous size. They do get busy with people running in to pick up cookies. They said they change up the menu. It is clean. The service is ok. This last time we were there at the end of the day and they had a bunch of cookies on trays. I said I wanted a warm one and one of the bakers said they were too hot and that all the cookies are baked fresh daily. Hard to believe that since they were closing in 2 minutes and they had at least 100 cookies on trays. I told her I worked in a cookie shop and used to get cookies to eat as they were coming out of the oven but she was firm. So, no warm cookies but I guess we will be back in half of the time because my hubby likes them.

If you are looking for a uniquely flavored dessert, cookie co is a great spot to go to. The cookies are large enough to share but it'll be too difficult to want to.

They change up their flavors weekly so check out their Instagram before heading over. They always seem to carry chocolate chip if you want a safe flavor.

This week I ordered the drumstick and fruity pebbles. The Drumstick I give a 5/5 on flavor. The Fruity Pebbles I give a 3/5 (far too sweet and the flavor doesn't resemble fruity pebbles enough)

Update.we appreciate local businesses and have tried to give this place a chance. I really really wanted this to be my favorite cookie place but realized we haven't been back for a while. The last time we visited, our cookies were under baked. But I think the thing that really has kept me from returning was the service. I was helped by a very young boy who was flat out rude and dismissive. I am happy to pay a premium for exceptional quality and service but my recent experiences have shown neither.

You know I've gone a few times and each and every time I was met with not so friendly places, my first time we didn't know what we were doing and the lady rudely was like do you know what you want, no friendly demeanor, like ready to close shop. The second time I was hesitant especially since I was about 8 months pregnant and not in the mood to deal with rude service, still rude, all I wanted was a soda and oreo cookies, the lady working had just had a pleasant conversation with the lady before me. I figured woo finally some good customer service. Wrong, just to the lady in front of me. I still am very hesitant to go back. I have gone to two other places where the service was above my expectations and the cookies at one place were awful but I would still go back because I was treated great! I am all for local, and small business, but I also value myself and would like to be treated like my business is welcomed.not expected and demanded

Awesome cookie place. Usually places like these make cookies way too sweet. This place makes them just right. Definitely worth checking out.

Not sure why my wife likes this place.the cookies are big but under cooked. My least favorite is their salted caramel cookie.yuck! Very small parking lot that you can get stuck in if there is traffic. Parking is scarce especially with all the constriction going on. In my opinion not worth the time for raw cookies.

Cookies are good, it’s a fun local place. I’m deducting one star for safety — when I went in today, none of the employees were wearing a mask. Where COVID cases are very high right now, it was odd to see all the customers masked but none of the employees.
