Cook's Corner Self Service 24 HR Car Wash reviews
7 The vacuum I used had so little suction It was like a toy. I wasn't able to clean the inside of my truck.
The soap they are using now is also terrible, so little foam. Looks like the cheapest one they could buy
Everything works fine except 40% of the time they are out of “spot free rinse” water. I only go there because it’s 2 blocks away but it’s so frustrating because the spot free rinse is what makes the car look nice. Plus I have no idea how to contact management.
The prices for the amount of time you get seems a bit unreasonable. You'll be really rushing to get the whole car cleaned and rinsed properly and may have to end up purchasing more time.
When i go to a car wash i expect to wash my car like any other person. Now my reason to give a 1 star for a couple of reasons for which it is not at all acceptable for anyone to have this happen to them
1 i put a 5 dollar bill in the change machine, the one machine gave 5 dollars in 5 one dollar coins, then the ther machine zing the left side of the coin machine i used i put another 5 dollars bill only to receive 4 one dollar coins and a quarter which the change i received for 5 dollars is $4.25 so either the ppl who maintain this soeither have no clue of mathematics or they are out right ripping people off
i looked to see if there was.number to call for if a person needed help, there is No phone number or any type of contact for help now obviously i still washed my car leaving me with $2.25 so because i did the 7 dollar wash that gives a 10 minute wash so i wash my car then drive toward toward the towel dispensers so i can only use the $2. Towels to dry my car but there s duck tape on the so the dispensers do not work so i go get a another coin for the 3 dollar towel and put 3 one dollar coins to vend a towel with no towel to be dispensed!
so this car wash faulty vending machines or made to do that who knows
but they owe me $3.75 now that may not be much, but imagine i lose 3.75 so how many ppl who will wash there car have the same luck estimate every person roughly 20 ppl all lose 3.75 = $75 for every 20 persons + 7 days a week $525 a week of money that the make by doing this which i find it to be bad business the fact that there are homeless people in there cars making this place a home the solutions for use of the wash are not even good and the vending machines aren't vending the right amount of coins and/or vending towels what is this called
well i won't be coming to this outdated car wash that is totally ripping ppl off and it's no wonder there isn't a costumer help totally sketchy. So i have never thought i would experience. Get together Cooks
The drying machines for drying towels are very thieves, they steal your money and there is no way to complain here.
Easy entrances on Cole or Melrose. Clean. Great vacuums, about 4, has car ports. No air shammee. Sink doesn't work. But overall great.
