Kendall performed the furnace inspection and maintenance for our system. He was on time, friendly and informative. He was neat and made sure everything was back the way he found it. He let us know how our system was doing and recommended some possible upgrades. Overall a great job.

Tech that was sent had no clue of the system he was working on. He said he had never seen a system like mine. Made a futile attempt to repair heater. Gave me an outrageous quote for repair. Could not tell me if that would fix my heater. This business needs to have techs that knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on.
