Shoe Store CoolKicks reviews
14Good experience. Staff were helpful finding stuff for me. Only turnoff was that payment system where they guilt you into tipping on a type of transaction where tipping was never expected in the past. I hate that trend in retail. Can't comment too much on prices overall since I'm no expert, but I feel I got a fair price on what I found. Very 'cool' store!
Ehhhhh, a lot of resold shoes… I definitely hate how you goofies have killed the sneaker market. I am old school and from NY, we created sneaker culture along side hip hop… we set the standards and now we have weirdos with bots smh
First of all huge fan never only seen from my phone though this place ain't 50,000 miles from were I live but ok
I my car was broken into and my credit card was stolen who ever stole my card went directly to this store and made multiple transactions. Makes me wonder why this person was never I. D which is why I believe this store is dishonest business. I would not recommend anyone this store
Really great store and shoes, but the only bad thing about cool kicks is the Customer service it’s really bad I ask them for a pair of shoes to try out and it took about 40 minutes. I would give them a 5 Star if the customer service was better.
I normally don’t do reviews but please be warned, it is not like what you see on YouTube. I watched them for years and went out to LA for my birthday to get a pair or two and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Nobody spoke or asked me for help when I was lost, they just stared at my gf from behind the counter, to the point that she felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I wouldn’t even know who worked there if I didn’t watch the channel. When I finally got some help, I asked the worker for about 3 diff pairs if they could check for my size and 20+ mins went by until he reappeared and asked if I needed help again. It was clear he never went to check for my sizes. I left empty handed. Super disappointing. They claim to be about the community but only show love to famous ppl they can shoot content with.
Good selection of a variety of new and used shoes.
Mena and Ryan were a great help! Will return.
They scam their customers, bad customer service and everything. So many people are getting scammed out of their money then they block them when they are expose them.
Amazing customer service and right to the point. It's a busy place but it has a really cool vibe! They know what they're doing here! Take your shoes or buy your shoes here, PERIOD.
They have pretty much all the sneakers available, you can try them on and it's a fun spot to experience the sneaker world too. The prices are a bit too high even from a reselling perspective but they have the most available pieces
Showed up when lavar ball was in the building and you guessed it champagnepaki WE GOT A LEGEND IN THE BUILDING, vibe and energy of the store is unmatched, and they cash out for what a shoe is worth, always offer steals, only store i’ve been able to sell multiple times and trade for sneakers i want not like other stores.definitely pulling up to cash out again
Went today and will never go back to this store no one helped me or asked if I needed anything then when I asked about a size they say they don't have it but on there YouTube channel they have every size for the famous people and most of the shoes were dusty I rather buy on ebay
I went there today on my birthday and romi made it unforgettable he gave me a shot to get a $50 discount snd i made it and he gave me a $100 baseball jersey on the house even though i only had a $50 discount.mans a real one, i recommend anyone come here
In Los Angeles for business. One of the 1st places I went. Great group of young men. The newly renovated and expanded store is a Sneakerhead's dream. I'm an avid watcher of their YouTube channel. Check for them.
