A close friend was admitted here almost a year ago. She has received wonderful care. I am so thankful she’s being well taken care of.

I called my friend who was in an interview at the time because she left her phone in my car. (She doesn’t have any transportation she has to walk back to my house) and the lady on the phone was so disrespectful you can obviously tell she isn’t gonna even look for my friend to tell her. For a caring facility that lady is extremely rude. It’s really not that hard to let someone know something important. Very disappointing.

VERY Horrible Experience!
Iam not one to ever comment on these pages. But, I had a Horrible experience with my Mom there. She passed away a few weeks ago.
I won’t even go into details. It was that BAD! Horrible EXPERIENCE to say the Least!
And they DONT Return phone calls or messages! I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks to get her glasses & Dentures returned They don’t return messages & Bounced me around with several people that can’t give me answers!
And the Doctor I would NOT Recommend! Very Disappointed I changed facilities and put her there!

That place is the best place to be taking care of they care for you alot if you have someone go there they smiling to you and care for you the whole time there best in the world.

My mother was abused and mistreated at this facility. Staff of nurses rough with patients and uncaring. Bed sores, twisted ankle, bruises, sepsis. Unresponsive staff and missing belongings

Came into see my mother today was upset to see her bed shoved against the wall with a night stand next to it. On the left side of the door, with hardly any room.while her roommate had 3/4 quarters of the room and the window.
