Core contractors it was a pleasant encounter with these gentlemen. Everything they promised me they carry out and went beyond my expectations. I must say they do excellent work!

On the comparison chart they claim no subcontractors. Yet on the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) they claim to have no employees "This license is exempt from having workers compensation insurance; they certified that they have no employees at this time. Effective Date: 04/02/2018 Expire Date: None" So they contract out ALL their work, and the engineering too as there is no in house license for that. Approach with caution.
