Totally mess at entrance, opens at 5 am for receiving… no one cares about appointments, everyone is squeezing from every hole, total chaos. If you get in on time, fast unload, less than 1h

That lady in the chek in office shouldn't be here. Just the worst behavior with drivers i have ever seen. People like her are the reason that makes me think THANOS was right.

This company is backwards, the management does not care about employees I don’t recommend working here you will end up finding out that you’ve wasted time.

Very bad place to deliver was here 20 min before my appointment time checked in No parking told to park on street out side called and gave me door after 2 hrs than took 3 hrs to unload 5 hrs for a dry load delivery straight forward load no breakdown

Terrible customer service, I arrived on time at my appointment but the very rude lady at the front desk on the main receiving office who was supposed to check me in, had told to go back to front gate to enter gate again and wait to in the line again! She told to drive outside the property and wait there for my turn (no legal place for you to park) Are you kidding me? That’s why you are there, so it could be easier for truck drivers not harder! Please put someone who is actually friendly and really knows their responsibilities! 3 hours later my dock was “supposed” to be ready, but I waited an hour extra for them to unload me!

Do not work here if you want a stable job. They are very unprofessional and will overwork you like you’re a slave. The higher ups, who by the way never do anything but run their mouth, do not have any respect for the people that are actually doing the work and will try to write you up about any and everything. DONT DO IT!

Friendly, got right on dock and unloaded. Entrance only is the 2nd driveway on the left, then leave the docks to the left as well
Every time I’m here it gets worse. Waited for dock sometimes more than an hour then last to leave. Not sure what’s going on back there. They seem nice to your face

Worst place to work! I never had so much disappointment at this job before with communication and lack of work ethics around the warehouse. These employees act really unprofessional on the job never show up time to work. Majority of workers are high on the job all the time. I don’t know how it is in the morning shift. But at night it gets pretty ghetto. If I chance rate this company I would give it no stars at all.

I'm still trying to get paid for my full day of attending orientation I'm glad I didn't pursue working for them being I'm having a issue with getting paid just for 1 day SMH terrible company clearly, the communication skills is non-existent

Checked in at the gate on intercom, didn't see any line on street. Assigned a range of doors to dock into, docked into available door in that range (9-14 I was given). Brought paperwork up to receiving office, signed in at 5: 28am for 6am appointment, got a call at 9: 39am that I was done and good to go. I was expecting way worse from the reviews from other posters.

Buzz in yourself at the gate, give them your PO number. They tell you what doors to back into. Any one between 34-37 for me. Break seal, open doors, slide tandums and back in. Take paperwork to Receiving Office. Wait for call on lumper fee and paperwork. A little tighter than some places but still fairly reasonable room to maneuver. Nice, polite professional folks. Girl in the Reciieving office was polite and friendly.
