Core Plumbing sent Kevin to assist with a bad tub faucet leak. We had old Price-Phfister separate hot/cold water stems, which are quite outdated and often lead to leak problems if water pressure too high. Keven was great, friendly, explained everything he was doing to an old plumber. And, after checking our water pressure, found it was way too high, and our regulator had failed. A previous very well know big Plumbing Company came first, they did not tell me about or check my water pressure. If they had I would have know why the leaks were occurring. I passed on their job estimate, asked for a few days to consider the situation. Two other companies that came here did NOT check our water pressure first, they wanted to replace the faucet system w/o this check. I called you at Core Plumbing because of good recommendations by other customers of Core. Kevin replaced our Pressure gauge, and repaired a bad pipe above the gauge, that was kinked. Now the pressure is correct. Our thanks to Kevin, for his kind assistance.and Kevin came back, when I realized the arrangement of the new pipe around the pressure gauge, which included a water bib for hose water for the garage and front yard, was positioned in a bad way for my garage work station. Kevin quickly solved the problem and it's just super, the work he did! He had told me at his first visit, if the new hose bib was a problem the way he originally set it up, he would come back and adjust it, which he did. What a great asset you have in the happy, jovial, hard working and very professional serviceman, Kevin. He is the best Plumber I have met in 50 years, without a doubt.
I would rate Core Plumbing 5 star. And Kevin SIX star. If I ever need plumbing again, I will call Core.

Adding more 9/27/22-We had a big leak from water supply line, wet lots of the garage, the water heater, and my work bench.called Core Sunday, they came Monday morning. Tim and his guys have been working so hard, removed my water heater as It wasn't working.had other guys they knew and worked with do the drying procedure and removal of drywall, all wet but now dried.they provoded an temp.water heater so we couldl shower etc, they are such caring workers, I couldn't rate them as 5 star, have to be higher. Tim, Jacob, Ralph, Kevin, all the guys, so helpful and explaining everything for us. They work continues now. 10/04/22 EXCELLENT SERVICE! SIX STAR!

It's such a pleasure to find a company that is honest, upfront and caring about customers. Too many companies today have been overcharging, making billing with false extra charges and untrue diagnosis of problems. They are very diligent about vetting subcontractors and monitoring their charges too. I applaud Core Plumbing for honesty, reliability and super courteous employees! So refreshing to have a company like Core to work for us. I highly recommend them to all San Diego, with 125% confidence!

Again today 10/5/2023, Core Plumbing sent Tony, to help with a few clogged shower drains and a slow working toilet.they were fixed quickly and well, by Tony! As usual, great friendly efficient service from Core Plumbing! Triple AAA service!

Kevin and Sergio were great. Inspected water spots on the living room ceiling and methodically checked water meter, water pressure, and cut opened small area ms on the ceiling and confirmed there is no water leak so they put back the cut out drywall pieces professionally. They said the water spots appearance is due to paint defect. I just need to do some touch up and paint the ceiling. Thank God we don’t have a water leak.

Grant and team were extremely responsive and professional. I am pleased with the work they did and how quickly they were able to fix the plumbing issue I was experiencing. Thank you!

We have used Core Plumbing for years and have been very happy with their service. Greg & Steve cleared out our clogged sink drain, replaced our old kitchen faucet & garbage disposal & did a great job. They took pictures, explained everything carefully and were very professional & friendly. I highly recommend Core Plumbing!

I had a water heater that died at 9pm, and I called Core to see if they could come in the morning right away. I got a call back within minutes, and they were there first thing in the morning. Every person I deal with at Core is professional, friendly, very skilled, explain what they're doing and why and want the customer to feel they're being walked through the process.

Kevin was amazing! Came in and gave us a very thorough explanation of what happened. Fixed the problem the same day. Cleaned everything up. And was overall really great to work with!

Our 70 year old sewer line was in bad shape. Core Plumbing came to our rescue. Our point of contact Cristian was professional, always on time, explained all the steps to our replacement and when related plumbing issues needed to be addressed was quick to take photos, document details. It was an expensive fix since it was our entire line but we are very happy with the results.

French drain was installed in half day. Work was professional and neat. Included planting small plants over drain. Air vent was installed to allow drain to work efficiently. Workers were friendly.

Core Plumbing did a great job! I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

The guys at Core Plumbing are amazing! If you have never used their services, I must say, next time you have a plumbing job, let a professional - a REAL professional - do it! I have made the mistake in the past of trying to save money by using what might be perceived as less than the highest quality services on offer. It's a mistake almost every time. You rarely squeak out a win in that game. The Romans (I think) said it best: You Get What You Pay For. The plumber from Core who came to fix my faucet this morning went way beyond! (pssst - and it turned out to be free!) All the people I've encountered at Core Plumbing have gone way beyond.

They did an awesome job installing a new water heater! Besides being functional, it looks beautiful! Then, they had to come back a few days later to check our $600 touch-operation faucet that was not operating properly after the water heater install. Zac (who was also here for the water heater install) was amazing! He called the faucet company and got some good help there and after a couple tries, got it working properly again. That's the part that was free. They didn't have to charge me anything. Oh, and Grant, one of the owners who gave us the quote for the water heater in the first place, fixed our shower faucet handles for free also on the day he gave us the quote.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. It is rare that you come across a company anywhere that is so dedicated to this very high level of customer service.

I needed a new tankless water heater, I called Core Plumbing having used them in the past. Kevin came out on Tuesday to evaluate and gave me a quote of what a new unit would cost. Wednesday morning Kevin and Joseph returned and installed my new unit!

Core Plumbing is so great to work with, their quality standards are terrific, they don't rush the job, they do it right. They're honest, hardworking, and they don't just do a quick fix that will break. I am so impressed by their company and by my plumber Kevin and his team!

What a great experience it was to have my plumbing problem taken care of by Core plumbing.
It began with a leak in a pipe in the wall which was responded too quickly.
The leak research lead to other, "about to" issues that were explained to me and I trusted my technician Grant and agreed that they were currently "at risk" concerns that could soon lead to further damage to my home.
What I most appreciated about the experience was the
"no pressure" approach. I felt the pricing was fair and the work plan was clear and complete.
Once I gave the approval the situation was fully completed within 24 hours, clean and efficient!
I will refer Grant and his team at Core plumbing whenever the conversation arises with my friends and families plumbing needs.

Had an amazing experience with core plumbing. Our plumber Cristian was so nice and knowledgeable about our needs. We got our toilet replaced the same day and love the upgrade! He accidentally broke our custom screen door and Tori helped with the process of getting it evaluated.they also covered the charges for getting it fixed. Really easy to work with them and we will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs!

They found other problems that I didn't know about that we're a disaster waiting to happen. They were easy to work with and did a great job. I just wasn't expecting the prices to be so high, but that's nothing new these days.
