I have never been to a mechanic shop that was more kind, adamant, and transparent about what needed to be serviced and what they were going to do. I felt so safe at this place and felt like my car was taken amazing care of. I got my car back in 24 hours for a starter replacement! I spoke to Niko mainly and he was extremely kind and understanding. Everybody was super personable. I really stress the honesty at this place too; they literally showed me the part they took out of my car and entirely explained it to me! I will absolutely be coming back to this shop for all my repairs in the future, because after meeting these mechanics, I don’t think I’ll ever trust anybody else. 10/10 service and so reliable. (always answered the phone!)

They are super nice and considerate. I am definitely happy my warranty company let me know about them. So easy to work with.

I went in hearing grinding coming from my car and within a couple hours they were able to diagnose and complete the repair! They ended up replacing all 4 brake pads and they were right, the car drove so much better with those replaced. And their customer service is incredible! Nico was very helpful and explained everything at every step of the way as well as his reasoning for everything. This is a great store and I will be going back for anything I need.

Worst Experience ever at a mechanic. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Took my vehicle in because I heard a noise within the transmission/differential.
I wanted them to check it out to see what it was and they did everything but check that problem. The owner's son lied to me about what the noise was saying it was a serpentine belt and a pulley tensioner. So I allowed them to do the repair after paying $150 for a 40 minute diagnostic. Another $343 to do the repair. Come to find out that was not the problem.
So I had them check the fluid in the differential (which they should have did initially if they did what I asked them) the fluid was low.
Knowing I was upset that they didn't fix the issue I asked him if they could just top the fluids off for me the owners son said he could do it at no charge if I brought the car back the next day I said are you sure? He said yes there will be no charge I'll take care of it.
I bring the car back in the morning they perform the fluid top off, thinking I was finished he comes back and charges me another $60 AFTER he did it not telling me beforehand he was going to charge me again.
After having a heated verbal confrontation because he lied to me which (he repeatedly denied) I took the invoice and walked out.
I get to my vehicle there's grease all over the driver side floor mat from them.
Went back in and had them clean the floor mat for me and asked why they did not put something down over the floor mat. Having an attitude with me still the owners son said well we're not a dealership we don't do that. I looked at him and said you have no courtesy to customers and walked out.
I ended up mailing in the remainder $60 of the payment because I did not want to look at him again and I didn't have the money to cover it when I was there because I thought there was no additional charge.

To top it off before the repair even begun I told them I couldn't leave it there because I didn't have a ride home. They did give me a ride home but would not pick me up with their own vehicles, knowing I couldn't get a ride the only way they would do it is if he drove MY vehicle to come pick me up and had to drive back to the shop using my gas to drop him off.

Bottom line they were very unprofessional with me the son that runs the front desk is a dishonest liar I would not recommend using them or believe what they say they will pick your car apart on purpose just to write up thousands of dollars worth of repairs that you may not need.

$553.00 in repairs that didn't solve the initial problem of why I brought it in.

Great service, very prompt. I needed a passenger brake installed and accomplished the special job the same day. Highly recommend.

Nico is extremely friendly. They do great work for an affordable price. They don't upsell at all. They make recommendations of only things that are necessary for the good of the car.

Brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to get repaired using the CarMax warranty program and I have to say based of reviews I took a chance to support a local business but I was not let down, working through insurance is always a hassle but Nico and his Father when arrived where very professional friendly and straightforward after the job was done they did all they could to help me get this settled, end of the day Carmax told me they couldn’t work on my car dealership would have took forever just to see me Cornerstone saw me the day I called and had me and my family back on the road with no more hesitation in our mind the next day, Great deal and worth it can’t put a price on quality and backed up by them thanks again for your help hope not to see you soon but if any problems arise I will not hesitate to come back for any servicing

They are friendly and usually have pretty good prices compared to other places. I like this place and recommend it.

I came in upset about work completed but they were patient with me, walked me through the details and offered options. Helpful to have someone that will explain, teach and show you. This helps with accountability and honestly, especially as women getting mechanical work done.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Under new ownership. It was AMS Oil I had been taking my Cayenne to and it was time for regular service.it's now Cornerstone. After making arrangements to bring my Cayenne back in, today, when I arrive.after just talking to an employee who said come on in.a different employee now tells me they take the last car 20 minutes ago. I cancelled a salon appointment to get this service done which probably takes 30 minutes tops. They would not take responsibility for their mistake and showed no regard for the major inconvenience they just caused me.

Definitely recommend, I called around to a couple places to get a quote for breaks/ rotor replacement and when I called cornerstone they had the best price! I will be returning in future if needed

This auto shop has saved my jeep quite a few times! I definitely recommend coming here plus the warranty on the parts is amazing

They tried charging me 3400 for something I just payed 700 for they act all nice but clearly what I read wasn’t true this place is a scam $200 for a diagnostic that ain’t diagnosed nothing but made up fixes trash

I was treated rudely upon entering the business, I'm always willing to give a new business an opportunity to earn mine.but not this time

I had a very good experience with Cornerstone and they did a good job with my Toyota Corolla and helped with the problem I had. Nico was kind and helpful with all my questions and explained all in a professional manner and repaired my car on time. Also both Nico and his Dad offered me a ride home till the car was being repaired. Thank you and I will keep Cornerstone Auto for my future Repairs and Maintaince service when needed

Brought my vehicle in a couple months ago and they took 5 days to tell me they didn’t have the part to repair it. Total waste of time.
