Cornerstone BBQ, Beaumont CA

Soo good. We ordered a hald rack, a pound of fried tips and loaded fries, was $80
. For 2 people. We ate it for days at home! Sauces were addictive. Tried a hot one and a Carolyn.something like that. Sooo good. This place is take out mostly, they have 2 tables outside.but the day we spent was super windy.

When I arrived to pick up my order I realized I needed to add a couple of items. They were happy to help me, no problems adjusting my order. We enjoy coming here, and everyone else does too so go in or order early. They sell out of items often.

I went to the redlands location and ordered pork belly. I was under the impression that since its a bbq restaurant, I was going to get smoked pork belly, but no. Instead i got fried pork belly strips, basically chicharon. Paid 70 bucks for 2 pounds. Probably won't be coming back. Every other place I have been to, the pork comes in small cubes that have been smoked and melts in your mouth, reason why people call it meat candy. The stuff I got at this location, not so much.

Cornerstone BBQ has some of the best BBQ around! Their food is always full flavored and never over cooked. No lie, I order from here a few times a week, sometimes for breakfast, sometimes for lunch/dinner, and sometimes for both. Ya, I really like this place!

If you’re looking for a sandwhich, try the sausage sandwhich, it’s soo good. If you’re not, you definitely have to get the brisket. But, whatever you choose, make sure you pair it up with a side of mac-n-cheese because it’s probably the best you’ll have.

The staff is always wonderful to interact with whether you’re placing an order over the phone or in-person.

Sadly was very disappointing after reading reviews —- total bill 2 people was $70. Had fatty ribs and some pulled pork that was basically fatty rib meat—- Big pieces of fat- Coleslaw needed sugar or something, Sorry—- would not go back.

It's better than the old regular fast food junk.
Fresher food and a more personal experience.

We went to pumpkin patch and we're hungry not from the area my daughter brought up this place it was delicious food staff was very polite attended to our needs and I recommend this place

Great place for bbq, just not ideal for rainy days since they don’t have a fully covered patio.

BBQ is top tier. Staff is not only quick to push orders out but always gets my orders right without fail. Best BBQ I’ve had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and come here for breakfast or Lunch you won’t regret it!

I've been to Texas and Louisiana and Cornerstone bbq is just like that. From the small store front to the outside sitting area. The food was amazing. We ordered a large family style and meat fries. We were two couples and this was probably enough for four couples but we were excited to try everything. Our sides, Mac n cheese, potato salad, beans and corn. It was perfect.

I found this place from and Instagram foodie post. So I thought I would try it. I was not disappointed. The brisket was super tender and the pork belly almost melts in your mouth. If you are looking for some authentic BBQ this place is the place to go.

I tried for the first time today, the customer service is top notch, they were friendly and accommodating, and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed. I will definitely spread the word, and will be back.

We found this place in Yelp. After reading all the reviews, we decided to give it a try. We tried their breakfast beef burrito. We weren't disappointed. It was huge enough good for two. It was filled with a lot of meat with potatoes (and not the other way around like other places). Meat has a good flavor and is not salty. With added bbq sauce, it gave a really good flavor. We are going back in the afternoon to try their hamburger and sandwich. The price for the burrito is reasonable for the amount of meat they put in it. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.
