Corona Comprehensive Imaging Center reviews
18Service was fast, efficient, on time. Staff was caring.another appointment. Again they got me in and out in no time. Very efficient and personable staff and techs.so rare these days! A place where I would like to work. (I'm an RN)
I went for my anatomy ultrasound. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. I was called back quickly too which was great.
I was really grateful that they allowed my fiancé back to see baby with me for the last few minutes since we don’t really get to see the baby much! I also got printed photos which I was really happy about. I’d recommend this location!
Every single one of the ladies did an excellent job! Very kind and on it considering it was pretty busy. Well-oiled machine! Thanks!
They took more than a hour to take when I had an appointment already …. Waited way too long then in the room for less than 10 minutes staff and staff were so so
Went for a walk in X-ray, had about 6 people in front of us, only waited about 20 minutes and I love their text option to let you know when they are ready for you so you can wait outside.
My appointment was for 530 and I didn’t get seen til closer to 6 after being told to drink 32 oz of water an hour before my appointment and not use the bathroom you guys need to do better on the wait you should know a person has to use the bathroom urgently by the time of their appointment so they should be seen in a timely manner but as for the actual tech she was amazing I didn’t even get her name but she was awesome she kept making sure I was fine and it wasn’t too much pain she would get 5 stars
I had two apt and both I was early too they definitely made both progress fast and easy! Also showed a lot of care and reassuring making sure I understood everything I was getting done.
Even though they said that I have to wait 1and 1/2 hours to get a simple x-ray, I wait another hour to be call for the service. 3 technicians for simple back x-ray in the same room. In top of that I have to tell them that I have to protect certain areas of my body when they should know that.
From the front desk to the ultrasound tech, everyone was so welcoming and kind. It was my first time having an ultrasound so it was reassuring to have all my questions answered. Great overall experience!
It was a fair experience. The Technician was train another woman but she remained focused on me. The waiting room was very crowded and I am Greatful that I was called in on time for my appointment. The place was clean and I appreciate that too
Wait time was minimal and staff was friendly starting from the front desk to the x ray tech. I went with my son and they attended us both at the same time. Made things very easy.
The procedure itself was really great. But getting the appointment in a reasonable amount of time to get in there and have it done took way too long in the future.
Everyone was friendly. My appointment was on time and very quick and painless. I would recommend Corona imagining to my family and friends.
I was called exactly at my appointment time. I had an ultrasound so it was painful. BUT slightly less painful than usual. They have GEL WARMER. IVE NEVER HAD WARM GEL ITS ALWAYS ICE COLD IN OTHER PLACES.so that was very nice. My tech that helped me was very professional, sweet, and walked me through the process. The dude who helped me in the front (receptionist?) Was very cool and nice as well. I didn't know I had to bring in a paper from my OB but he called to get a verbal order and wasn't snarky at all about it. (Which is kinda the usual for other doctors offices lol) all and all good experience. Also, the chairs for waiting were comfy. /5
Didn’t know they had moved to Nextdoor location until I got there. Called and found out where they were. Got called back less than 5 min. Instructed where to change and that someone would get me when I stepped outside dressing area. An employee saw me and called me back to e ray room. Took Ex rays very quickly. I asked for a cd which they said should take 5-10 min. They actually gave it to me l SS than 5 min. Friendly, courteous staff.
I drove far to come to my appointment and I’m glad I did. The whole staff from front desk to the women who did my ultrasound was very professional and kind. I was seen at the time of my appointment or a little before and I felt so comfortable. Worth the distance!
Fast and friendly. Staff was curious and very profesional. We brought our 2 year old for a foot Xray. Xray tech was very gentle and kind to the baby. We appreciate that a lot!
