While I like Dr. Corona, his receptionist is another story. I've been trying to have routine procedures done and Everytime I call and ask why is it taking so long for anyone to call me to schedule an appointment, she says let me call you right back, then doesn't. I then wait a few hours and call again and I'm told she is busy and will get to it, she wrote a note. Then I call a day or so later after not hearing back and she tells me she has resent the order and I should hear something within the week. I have had this conversation a few times. It started in May and now we are half way through August! Can't leave a message, the mailbox is full, imagine that.
