I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and proficiency I was treated. Everyone from Intake, nurses, doctors, techs, and orderlies, were knowledgeable and professional. Bedside manners were genuinely caring.
Thank you for treating me yesterday.

Terrible patient care! I sat in the ER waiting room for eight hours in pain and blood in my urine that worsened by the minute. I was not given anything for pain. After the long wait the doctor didn’t have the courtesy to see me. He asked the receptionist to tell me he didn’t know what was causing the issue to go home and schedule with my primary provider. So I went home in pain with a ridiculous amount of blood in my urine.

I went to the ER due to my abdominal pain I had. Once I went there, I was amazed by the treatment I had received. All the medical members were really kind and generous. Overall, I had been treated well and was really comfortable with their service. I am thankful to everyone who had treated me at my visit!

I've been to this ER twice. Both times they were compassionate and did what they could to help. It was a forever wait, but all ERs I've seen are like that. I appreciated the support they could give and they gave me clear directions to follow afterwards to address my issue.

Environment was chaotic and loud.

While the new ER is large and well equipped the lack of staffing leads to extended waits before, during and after triage.

Medical floor staff seemed overwhelmed by uncooperative and aggressive patients while still having to deal with routine care and emergencies on the unit.

Pre-op, surgical, and recovery were outstanding. Very kind and efficient. So, if you're only here for an outpatient procedure I wouldn't hesitate.

I went to ER after having sinus infection for 2 wks. I had congestion and cough antbotics not working. Doctor didnt even look at my throat or ears. Chest xray taken and blood. Diagnosed with chronic cough from acid reflux? I’ve had reflux for 20 yes. I know what that feels like and take daily meds. Was given a GI cocktail whice gave me acid reflux later that eve. Today, still feel congested, coughing and sore throat coming back. Thanks for nothing.

I arrived with breathing complications and was triaged and in a bed within 10 minutes. With heart trouble and breathing trouble i was thru all tests and medication was ready at my pharmacy within 4 hours. Was comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Corinna Regional Medical Center. Furthermore i would advise against taking even your dog let alone family to parkview community In riverside.

Staff was nice and friendly however, I went in at 3: 30 am and didn't leave until 11: 40 am. 8 hours in the ER seems a bit much. Please work on having more Physicians available to ease the time a patient has to wait to be discharged.

First time having to go to this hospital. Had to visit the emergency room due to an atv motorcycle accident. Ended up getting an xray and 3 staples on my head. Stay was great. Dr Megan (sorry if i misspelled it) was awesome. Very informative and makes you feel at ease without even trying. Not wanting to go to the ER ever again but this would be my first choice if need be lol

Everyone i encountered, treated me or spoke at that hospital was completely proffesional, respectful, I was admitted for 3 days and 2 nights and a half, I was served 3 hots a day of whatever I wanted on the menu, and they helped me get back on 2 feet literally, thank you.

Unfortunately with lack of communication my mom was at Corona Regional 2 times. The second time in critical care due to her prescription being written wrong the first time. This nearly cost her, her life. The critical care nurse Lisa was amazing super compassionate and determined to get my mom healthy again- she should have never been there a second time! Someone needs to take responsibility of this error! We trust the staff with our loved and they failed us!

Very difficult experience. None of the medical professionals in this hospital listened to my concern when I was admitted including the ICU staff. Very clear attitude when I tried to express myself about my concerns. I don't know if they're under staffed or over-worked but I'm definitely not used to this type of behavior in the medical system.

First time admitting myself to an ER and, from the secruity to the folks who push patients in wheelchairs to and from places in the hospital to the Nurses and support staff, everyone I met was empathetic and professional. It seemed like it wasn't a "job" and that they truly cared for everyone there, including me. I stayed 1 day in ER and then 2 days in an upstairs room. My only wish was that the late-night staff (when every patient was trying to sleep) be more aware of their 3am surroundings and patient proximity when joking, laughing, and talking loudly. Voices carry, and they're only 12-feet away.

Was not a good experience at all. My husband came by ambulance in pain for a prostate infection and instead of the care he needed became a 5150 patient with no rights even after I explained the situation I still could not even help my husband. I wouldn’t want to go there ever again.

MIXED FEELINGS!
The emergency room staff were pretty awesome. My daughter came in for a sickle cell pain crisis. She was taken in right away because she was absolutely in pain. This is very big for us because when she is in pain, she needs meds asap. Every nurse that came in contact was awesome. Claudia (nurse) took care of her and me and made sure that she was comfortable. Unfortunately, she needed to be admitted and it took about 13 hours to be moved upstairs. She had a roommate (ugh) but this hospital is smaller than her normal so we understood. Every nurse she had on the first floor was great. I can truly say that the nursing staff you have at this hospital really care. Aaron (awesome), Mel, Onica, and a few others. U guys would make us want to come back.
BUT……where this hospital fails, is the hematology/oncology staff. The doctors are horrible. They seem like they have no knowledge of Sickle Cell Disease or how to take care of a patient with the disease. Their lack of knowledge of how pain crisis’s are and that every patient is different is what needs to be addressed. My daughter was a patient of CHLA and is currently under the care at USC Keck Medicine and I was told, by a hematologist doctor, that these hematologist doctors are better and more knowledgeable then them hahaha! Really? Even you’re nurses were embarrassed of your comments because they know the astounding doctors USC and Childers Hospital of Los Angeles has. Hey, I can understand if you feel that your hospital has great drs but to say your better then them is ridiculous. I only decided to come her because it’s closer to my house but it’s okay and unfortunate for my daughter the next time a crisis hits, we will make that drive to Huntington Memorial in Pasadena. Way better drs and a much nicer hospital. For the most part, thank you to the nurses and the emergency room you guys do really rock and we appreciate all that you do!

I was very impressed with how efficiently the ER was run & how smoothly I was moved from one area to another for all the different tests I needed. Also everyone was very kind & respectful. It was a very good experience.

Let me just say the whole front desk protocols are ridiculous. My mom is In the icu and would only let one person in at a time. Made me wait outside In the heat mind you I'm 8 months pregnant. My brother walked out and I walked In he was pulling out and they wouldn't let me come in until he return his badge.like really he had to come back. Extremely upset my mom was brought to this hospital to the er and then admitted
