The la Sierra building is absolutely phenomenal. The doormen are very pleasant and they’re always willing to help. Some of the renovation isn’t finished, but what is finished looks nice. Besides wonderful la Sierra, Coronado is enjoyable and one of my favorite places
Despite some unnecessary rules regarding noises and conduct (that clearly are in place to prevent excessive noise levels at night), there really are no qualms one could have with Coronado Shores. The buildings' condos are gorgeous, each one designed according to the owner's tastes, and the easy access to the beach is massive plus. The garage, right underneath the building, allows for easy access to the car and to the stuff stored in the car lot (surfboards, strollers, etc.). The beach is always clean and good food can be found in just a few minutes as one walks down the beach. The small town nearby is fantastic, with great restaurants and fun places to shop. I would recommend this place as a great place for summer break or retirement home.
Visit friends often. There building is down to one elevator, very inconvenient for all. Waited as long as 25 minutes for it
Beautiful Place to Visit! But it is Gated, There is a Public Beach Parking lot in-between The Buildings.
