Horrible service. Richard “Rich” Jones a Senior liability claim specialists does not respond to emails or voicemails. I emailed him asking for his supervisors name and number and he can’t even respond to that. I had an accident earlier this month and the insurance has never called me to give me any updates on my claim. Meanwhile my vehicle is not drivable. Mr Jones. Said someone was going to call me to inspect the vehicle and nobody has called me. Horrible service. Looks like I’m going to have to hire an attorney to go after them.
