Kristine is phenomenal! She’s been doing my laser for the last few month, apart from having Great results, she is an absolute gem of a person to work with. She makes you feel super comfortable and ensures you’re satisfied from start to finish. The CRM ladies are also really nice at the front desk. Great service and results and I’ll keep adding more because of Kristine and the team.

Friendly staff, punctual appointment time, and easy parking. One negative: parking with $7. Very pleasant and easy experience. Recommended.

I did a TON of research before landing on this MedSpa and felt very confident in my choice based on the knowledge and raving reviews the staff had. Unfortunately my experience left me feeling more insecure than I began. I wanted two treatments, baby Botox and minimal lip filler.
The Botox was exactly what I wanted and I was incredibly happy with the placement.
The filler was placed too close to the surface of my lip resulting in a weird bubble. After returning to have it dissolved a month later I still have a small bubble on my left side that is the first thing I notice. Since they only dissolved a bit on one side I also am now slightly asymmetric. It’s a shame because aside from the errors on the bottom lip the top lip looked great.

This office was kind and clean. I know these flukes happen with cosmetics it’s just a shame I had to experience it and am now too scared to return or try either procedure again.

I still believe this office has an amazing staff but do want to warn others there is a reality that you may spend $1000 and feel worse after…

This was the first place I ever got botox at several years ago (along with other services like fillers). I have been faithful ever since. Zara, the expert injector and leading clinician at CRMC, always treats me warmly, and she does her injecting with expertise and great care.

I was going there for 18 months; things were going good until they brought in a new technician that burnt my face to a crisp like bacon. Those technicians quit after working there after a short amount of time; they usher in new people and claim that they're experience but they do jobs of an amateurs. That's how a new technician burnt my face February 2020. I took them to small claims court and won at first. I had the pictures as proof and the manager name Stormy filed a de novo and told the judge that I don't deserve the money. She told the judge that it was my fault that they burnt my face. She said that I took too many vitamins and went out into the sun and I didn't. She refused to take responsibility and said judge she (me) don't deserve any money in a mocking way when I had to I had to go to work on a new job looking like that. That place is dangerous!

I am extremely disappointed in my recent experience with this place. They had called a few weeks back to reschedule my appointment to today, September 14th and what happens? They call me again today, an hour before my appointment, to tell me that they need to reschedule AGAIN. What kind of BS is that? I asked if there would be some sort of discount for rescheduling me twice now and they said no. This is not the kind of place I want to continue going to as there are sooo many other great places in LA!

Dr Sirak is awesome! Personable, professional and seriously has THE lightest hand of any injector I’ve ever experienced! LOVE my results! Pretty, pouty yet natural looking lips:) Coming back for a laser sesh soon!

I had fantastic experience with Dr. Zara. She is very knowledgeable and spends time going over your options and explaining cons and pros. I have been at multiple clinics in San Diego and in LA. And I think I found the place where I want to stay and build the relationship.

I had a cool sculpting done but I did not see any result to think that my body fat is not much, I only weigh 98 lbs. How much more to those who have more body fat. I waited …. Almost 3 months and still I did not see any results, I don’t even eat much and exercise twice a day four days a week. They wanted me to go back but was mentioned I might have to do it again, meaning pay more
Money for nothing…. It’s a Waste of money? I had my tummy done, I told her my concerns so they know and I know what to expect from but I was very disappointed tssskkk I wish I can have my money back that’s for sure …. But money is gone sorry

I went to get my botox done for the first time ever by Anush Movsesian. My biggest fear is needles and of course I was terrified! My God, Anush has the lightest touch, I felt ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Couldn’t even tell when she was injecting me. I don’t have to say much, I believe everyone knows who’s the best out there! Waited for soo long to get my botox done by her and would/will not try anyone else!

Total scam. SKETCHY. Found this place through Groupon. Fine print says limit "THREE" per person, so I purchased three vouchers total (each for three sessions). They then said they couldn't redeem all three vouchers and they were "trying to get Groupon to change it? ". I bought my first voucher months ago thinking I'd come back for more, and was just told this today after purchasing vouchers #2 and #3.

It's irrational to think three sessions will be enough, so I bought these thinking I'd be able to stack them up. The very least they could do is accommodate accordingly, since this is their own error. False advertisement and now a headache for a customer to try to deal with Groupon.

When I tried asking to speak to the supervisor, I was told she was busy. I asked for her full name, and the assistant (Kim?) said she was not allowed to provide that information due to HIPAA? That's laughable.

I had a wonderful experience at CRMC. The staff was very kind and efficient. Annoush was very thorough, answering all my questions patiently and did not try to push any unnecessary procedures. She was also efficient and sweet. I was very happy with my experience there.

Today I had Brazilian Lazer which should have told me to shave plusits still hair in vagina area next time I'm ready 4 it no pain only a little toward butt other than that perfect great service n nice whole off makes u feel relax love this place

250 consultation fee! I don't go to any doctor that charges a consultation fee bc I hate feeling cornered to go with them. I noticed they do not care once they've charged you that bc they know you're cornered to do the treatment with them or lose 250. Never go to places w consultation fee. I only do free co sultation only. You have to sell your expertise talent n business to me not I walk in being stuck already! Crazy!

I had a great experience today at CRMC. It was the first time I met Anush and she was kind, efficient and friendly. I will be returning very soon!

Been going there just shy of a decade. Was with them at their infancy and have watched them grow. Sadly they have become money hungry and don't care much about customer loyalty if you aren't shelling out thousand and thousands of dollars. Turn and burn for them and if you don't want all the higher priced procedures and want minimal treatments to maintain, the friendly demeanor you once received will slowly turn to a cold shoulder. Also watch out for an extra fee that they never tell you about. It suddenly appeared out of nowhere at my last visit and they tried to tell me that it's always been there. I've been going there longer than any of the front desk girls have been working there. Never heaed if that extra fee until my visit. I certainly have never gotten a courtesy email letting me know their policies have changed. Make sure you know what the cost is. They tried to charge me double. I was thinking about going to a new place because the customer service has really plummeted since they have gone from focused on quantity. This was a great reason to make it my last visit ever.

Dr. Sirak Darbinian is excellent in explaining any procedures with great ease and absolute professionalism. His many years of experience will make this visit a pleasure.
Place is very clean & the assistance on front are helpful and friendly in every way.
For my first visit, this rejuvenation center will not disappoint.
