The best costumer service I ever had in a beauty supply store. If they don’t have what you need, the great manager and her wonderful team do whatever they can to find it for you! They deserve 10 stars!

I would have to say this is one of the worst Cosmo prof in the valley.they are rude especially one female in particular when asked to get or find out if the product was in employee stated I don’t know might be in the box but I don’t know when a simple let me check would’ve sufficed. Decided to head down to salon centric to buy all the products that I needed where service was amazing. A little suggestion since you are in the business of retail and making money I suggest you train your staff to be able to sell products.

I have never had a bad experience at this cosmoprof location. I love the staff and have had only great experiences here!

I understand that with the covid rules and regs that it's slower service. Totally fine with that. But having to call and pay over the phone works great! If and when somebody answers.
Maybe have more than one person running the whole show.please
