I hate coming here. The girl with purple hair and the glasses is so rude. I always ask for an email receipt, and she never pays attention. Not only that, but today, she had the audacity to raise her voice and say she's human. Like when did anybody say otherwise. She makes it an unpleasant experience every time. Having an email receipt makes it sound like brain surgery with her.
