Isabella Hernandez was alot more than an agent. Her superb customer service speaks volumes and is only rivaled by the natural people skills she possesses. Having answers for what the customer really needs as opposed to cookie cutter, garden variety comebacks is what sets this gem apart from your average agent. Kudos to whomever trained her but the rest is ALL Her. Way to go girl!

If you need to make changes you will need to call a average of 6 times to get someone to take your call, i assume they dont make money when they are making changes to your policy so they just hang up or transfer you to a unknown number that ends the call. This has happened EVERY time i need to make a change (which is about once a year it seems)
