Costco Business Center, North Hollywood CA

Today is Labor Day 2023 and I just now drove to your location only to find the store is closed. But I Googled it before I left the house and Google said it was open. The warehouse store on Burbank correctly indicated “closed” on Google. You should pay me for the cost of the gasoline I used up ($5 per gallon at Costco Gas!). I know you can do better Costco Business Center with just a little bit of effort.

I love this store so much the prices are amazing with the membership card better than buying in other stores

Unfortunate Harassment Incident

Today, at this location in Costco Business Center, I had an unpleasant encounter with one of their security guards. As I sat behind my vehicle, seeking shade while waiting in their parking lot for an order, the security guard approached me. He claimed that management had asked him to tell me to move. However, I later discovered that he had lied about receiving instructions via his walkie-talkie.

This incident constitutes pure harassment and abuse of power. It is disheartening to experience such treatment from a security guard in a place I visit regularly. I always park in legal spaces designated for Costco customers, so being confronted like this was unnecessary and uncalled for.

In 2023, we should strive for better customer service and respect. Harassment of any kind cannot be tolerated. It is my hope that Costco management takes this matter seriously and ensures such incidents do not recur.

This Costco is the best kept secret. Hands down easy in and out, customer service is quick and no lines, tge store doesn’t have all the extras like household stuff to clothes basic. Rarely crowded and even when it feel crowded tge lines move quickly. I buy TP, cheese, veggies, frozen, fruit

This store need to take care of the alarm,
all Sundays at 3am Start beeping and stop a few seconds and start one more time is a big headache, the supervisor need to take care of this, every Sunday this happen,

Very rude cashier, an old skinny man. He said that I could not use my executive card on this location. He couldn't even tell me why

Costco's online shopping experience is excellent. It's easy to find what I need and their shipping is fast. I appreciate that Costco offers a variety of travel services, including vacation packages and rental cars.
The garden center at Costco is fantastic. Their plants and gardening supplies are high-quality and affordable.

Only giving this place 4 stars for the convenience but most of the cashiers here have bad attitudes nothing like the ones in burbank. More than 3 times I've been charged double for several items. They need better staff here. Everyone has an off day but more than 3 times I dont think so.

Love the Costco Business Center! But whole loins of meat, cut ourselves to make affordable steaks. Bring your jacket, giant walk in refrigerator, different products than regular Costco, fun, fast, use your regular card.

Next time you wanna search my cart, call the cops I won’t be so passive with you next time

Very odd/rude experience with the (what I can assume was the manager) Henry, I was attempting to make a return that was somewhat old but did not fall under the 90 policy. Henry got involved with my transaction and proceeded to tell me I need an active costco membership (which is not true, I called their corporate office) in order to make the return and wouldn't work with me on a solution and just proceeded to talk over me and smirk while doing so. On top of that he was very dismissive of my return and refused to help. This is a firdt for me at a Costco ad they are usually very friendly and helpful

I went to Costco on December 30. She said good morning to the gentleman in front of me, and when it was my turn she didn't say a word, I ignored it. And after the transaction was done I said thank you and she did not say a word. But she did say good morning to the gentleman behind me, and it was Steph Y. I was polite I wasn't rude at all. I felt that she was upset because I was female.
I had another incident I can November the line was getting long, so the lady told me that she can help me. Another cashier was surprised to see her being cashier and she said it loud and clear and very sarcastic, that basically she did not want to be cashier.
