Costco Gas Station Modesto

I've discovered that if you just got off work the station is packed so go to Jamba juice to kill a little time and if it is still packed you have an awesome fill up of your very own to make the waiting tolerable. Plus now you're not hungry if you go shopping after. And on average gas is $0.30 cents cheaper

Make sure you get there early mornings on the weekends or else you experienced long lines but always good prices for gas

Not the big of difference when it comes to price, and the long lines are ridiculous.will not use them for gas.the warehouse is a different story.

Easy in and out early in the morning, but why I DON'T like it is because their price for a gallon of gas is the same at ANY arco, not 15 to 20 cents less a gallon as they proclaim.

The only good thing about this place is the cheap gas. The entrance into here creates an angry line of impatient drivers and the exit to the parking lot isnt any better. No one watches for traffic and no one cares if they cut people off. Drivers rarely wait for pedestrians especially disabled or elderly. They try to rush past them instead of letting them pass by or cross. Not to mention the chaos inside the store. Talk about rude. No one has patience and people can't seem to wait their turns.

Always the cheapest gas I can find but the wait time is abysmal the majority of the time. My time is valuable to me and I'm not going to wait 20 minutes when I can pay $2.00 more somewhere else and not wait. The lines can be so long they block the normal flow of traffic getting into the parking lot.

I love shopping at Costco and I love saving money, but I rarely get their gas any more because the wait is too long.

Costco, please expand this station by adding more gas pumps so the wait time is shorter! Once that occurs, you've got my business again.

Although it may have long lines they move quickly and its usally the most affordable gasoline in town

15 to 20 cents cheaper for gas here. If you are a member and close, you should definitely take the time to fill up.

I would normally go there cuz their gas was cheaper but it seems like everybody's getting to be the same price so I will be going somewhere closer to home

It’s a gas station that’s is almost always busy. You can pump on either side because the hoses are long. It can get pretty congested during rush hour, so plan ahead and don’t go if you are in a hurry.

The setup for this gas location is better than other cost locations. It is relatively painless to get gas, although the length of the lines are something to note. The price of gas being so low in comparison to other stations in the area means it will always have lines, no matter the time you stop.

An oasis in a desert full of expensive gasoline. Okay, at least prices aren't anywhere near like what drivers pay in Europe. I'm happy to contribute towards humanity's fight against climate change but I don't believe boosting profits along the oil/gas supply chain will make much difference. Then again, as my marginal utility with regards to patience diminishes, I may start to appreciate the availability of higher-priced, non-Costco gas.

Costco gas is less per gallon than local gas stations; however, the lines are extremely long which results in longer wait times and more frustration. Another concern is you must have a membership (which I have) and an ATM card. When using your ATM card, you have minimal privacy when using your PIN.

Best gas prices in town. However you do need a Costco membership in order to take advantage of that price. The station is always clean and we'll stocked with window wash, paper towels. The garbage is never over flowing like most other gas stations. Always a friendly attendant around in case you need help. And you can pump from either side no matter what side your gas tank is on! Very impressive in my book. So this keeps lines down and traffic flowing.

I like getting gas at Costco due to competitive prices and the gas hoses are conveniently long.
