2 I want to recognize Caleb for his exceptional assistance at Costco optical this afternoon (8/7/23) when I came to pick up my grandson's new glasses. His new prescription is very close to the previous prescription but we needed to get new glasses since he had broken the frame. I was able to find a frame from two prescriptions prior and brought them to Costco to see if they could swap the lenses to have as back-up. I asked Caleb if he could help and he happily and without hesitation did so.
This saved me having to get a second pair of back-up lenses, which was a big help. Thanks so much, Caleb!
I had my first stress-free optical appointment ever here last week. Calling and scheduling was easy and the receptionist takes the time to leave a reminder on your phone the day prior. Not only was she professional, nice, and honest but so was Dr. Laura. The appointment itself was quick, thorough, and easy-in spite of my being a couple minutes late. Additionally, never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. Now, I have a prescription that is good for two (!) years and is in Costco's system in case we move again. I'm very pleased with my experience.
