Costco Optical Department

They never answer the phone. Customer service is horrible you can only help yourself here.

Terrible customer service. My eye doctor accidentally sent an out of date prescription. I spoke to the staff at Costco optical and told them about the situation and told them that the office was going to fax over a new prescription the next business day as the doctor was out of the office. They said this was no problem.

The next day I returned to Costco optical and asked if the updated prescription had arrived. I was told that if they receive a fax from a doctor when a patient is not there, they throw it away. This is NOT what I was told the previous day. Not only did they not hold onto the prescription, they had literally thrown it in the trash. They said this was their normal policy, despite saying something totally different the day before.

I will never go back to Lakewood Costco optical. They suck at their jobs, their customer service is extremely slow, and they were rude and unhelpful about the entire situation.

Pricey, paid for brand name glasses and got pair that looked like they were straight off the rack in the store. Scratched and look used. I was told they where the last ones in stock. I really need them for work and can't wait for a new pair. Wont be buying here again.

I recomend this place, they are very polite and helpful, especially Claudia. And the prices are very reasonable.

We always have good service and our glasses come back sooner than the stated time.

They have 3 people working. They are slow and not friendly. Feels like a high volume store but not staffed to handle the guests. The doctor there are great, but that is not really part of Costco.

Horrible customer service after waiting for over an hour. Will never use this optical department again!
