6Some of the employees working at this Poway pharmacy should not be. The lady I spoke with today told me to take the pills other than how the doctor told me to. That is illegal as far as I understand. Horrible customer service.
Great pharmacy. Get automatic text when time to refill and when ready. Fast actuate and friendly.
They refused to fill my prescription because i met with them online. The pharmacy manager would prefer i get covid if i want to see a doctor and get my medicine. She should be fired.
Scheduled a Covid booster shot for my special needs daughter. When I took her in everything was fine until they saw her in the wheelchair and then they said they decided they needed to see a drivers license to give her the shot. If you saw her you would never think she could drive a car given she is severely disabled. She in fact had prior Covid shots at UCSD and CVS who never said she needed a drivers license to qualify. In fact California states that no one who qualifies is to be denied a vaccine. Took her to CVS a few days later and they gladly administered the booster shot and did not ask for a drivers license. We were considering transferring her maintenance meds to Costco and fortunately because of this warning shot (pun) we nixed that idea. I will never do business with Costco pharmacy again
Great drug prices. Better than Walgreens by far. Pharmacy can not process Bank of America debit cards. 2 years no fix. Bring cash or other form of payment.
Even after the doctor sent in the prescription it took 4 hours for the medication to be ready.
