Pharmacy tech named Johnathan answered my call. No Greetings when he picked up my call & same when finishing the call. Guy sounds like a robot. He's unfriendly, rude and extremely unprofessional. Hope upper management gives him a test call to confirm.

Terrible, very unorganized. None of the employees direct patients to where they should be in line so you wait in one line then they send you to a different line and make you wait again.
