Costco Pharmacy reviews
3Fortunately, I’ve had mostly great experiences here. Occasionally, I’ve had problems but not like others who have left reviews. I use Costco pharmacy exclusively.
Just called during opening hours. They hung up on me and called back - they are not picking up. Unprofessional in so many levels.
Every. Single. Time. It's a bad experience. They don't fill prescriptions when our doctor sends it in. We have to call them to ask them to fill the prescription they already received days earlier.
When something is out of stock they do not notify you.
On multiple occasions we have checked in at the counter in the store and are told it's not ready, we go shopping while we wait for them to fill it, return to the counter and only then do they share it is out of stock and they will not be able to fill it.
I guess store management does not care as these same issues and more are what other reviewers are describing.
I will be using another pharmacy.
