8Had a 1pm appointment. Shopped while I waited. Was told the wait would be 1 hour to repair a flat tire. Came back at 2p the car hadn't been touched. Only satisfied with the fact that this was a free service because I purchased the tires here. Who makes an appointment to wait just as long as those without one? There has to be a better way.
Great deals on tires and rather than put the lug nuts on too tight with numatic guns they hand tighten with a torque wrench, I was impressed!
If you buy your tires from them they would probably take care of you.if you have a vehicle you dont drive much they probably wont touch a fix you need.
Went in with an appointment to have a tire repaired.
"We are cancelling all appointments today. Didn't we contact you? To stop the leak we can put some glue for you. Just kidding! "
I was floored before he finished the joke. I should have came back saying "Ay dio mio! " but I could not think up something to say in Spanish fast enough.
Took about 30-45 minutes to get the tire plugged under warranty. 5 stars for the joke.
The clerk that served us was not very helpful to ANY of the 4 people in front of me OR me. He was curt and borderline rude. I left without new tires, stopped at O'Reillys in Hayward and had new tires on my car in 1 hr. Cheaper! Same tires as Costco they said would take 3 days then almost 200.00 more than O'Reilly's
Never getting tires here. Avoid worker named chi. Asian guy. Seems to always be in a bad mood. Was helping us.made us go tru the hole process just to deny us service
Very bad services they have. It’s been 5 hours I’m waiting for only check the tire pressure. This is my really bad experiences l ever had.
Only one guy is there to help, expect a line here.i stood for like 45 mins smelling the tire fragrance. My head hurts
