5Extremely slow. Ordered contacts several weeks ago. Said it would be in in 2 to 3 days. Here we are.no contacts, no call
I've gotten glasses and contacts from here for a couple years now. They come super quickly. -1 star because they messed up my prescription slightly once.
I was having issues with other vision centers. So I thought I would try Costco on Panama. The gentleman I spoke with was named Jimmy. Wow what a difference. Jimmy and his team explained to me all the options that I have when purchasing bifocals. Other locations did not do that. Also what’s nice as being a Costco member you get excellent prices for any type of glasses.
They just won’t answer their phone. No matter when you call during business hours. It’s frustrating to say the least. Then the call just cuts off. Disappointed because I love all things Costco.
