5Take a number. NO Thank you! I waited twice, for what? 800 contacts will get them delivered to your door fast and will beat any pricing. Glasses you can get anywhere else. I went to a competitor that claims to be the Best in America and so far, I have been nothing but happy and never waiting again. I love Costco, for everything except for eye care, your life is to valuable to wait here.
Great selection of Universal Fit glasses for Asians with low nose bridges. Men and women's styles. Look for the blue globe sticker on the corner of the right lens.
They even have a Big Man Fit one!
Better selection than Redwood City Costco. Daly City Costco not as good, but better than Redwood City.
I was originally going to Eye Exam inside Lenscrafters at the Metro Mall, but the Dr there was very cold and unfriendly.
Dr. Dao and the staff at the Optometry inside Costco were amazing. I made an appointment and was in and out of there in about 15-20 minutes. I'll definitely be back.
This review is for Connie only. She helped me with two fittings. She was patience, kind, and seemed to care. I will definitely come back and use the service here. I am happy with my two pair of glasses, which I gladly paid over $500 for. Thank you Connie for making my day.
Rain is so patient and sweet! Was stressed about ordering contacts online and using my new vision insurance. Rain answered my calls and sat with me on the phone while trying to help me navigate my new insurance, getting the prescription from my OD, and informing me about popular lenses with better deals. I called in extremely stressed because I didn't have much supply left, and didn't know if my prescription was still valid. Rain's wonderful customer service, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me out and explain how ordering contacts from Costco optical was fantastic. Will be coming back to Costco Vision as my source of sight, and once again an enormous thank you to Rain!
