5Both my husband and I were treated extremely well by the technicians. We did not see the Dr as we had already had our eyes checked somewhere else. Everyone was extremely helpful, professional, knowledge and courteous. Loved our frames (my husband's can be tricky) and the prices were awesome! We'll definitely go back!
Went to get information regarding what my insurance covered, I was asked to get a number first. I was ahead of a few people whom got number's there were no signs placed to get a number if you had questions. The employee was rude about it and was very unprofessional. He also looked very sloppy. Horrible customer service!
Terrible eye exam with Kelly Ly. I actually booked this because the previous exam I had elsewhere was unprofessional well this one was to, she took like 5 min to do the exam NO lie I had to ask her to go back and forth because my eyes wouldn’t focus seamed like they rush to get the next $75. Will not be coming back to this place.
Dr Ly and receptionist were very knowledgeable and professional in giving me eye exam. Will return!
I arrived as a walk in on a Wednesday, there was no wait time outside of paperwork, Dr and receptionist were professional. Its been a long time since my last eye exam and there were some new things I wasn't used to but it was explained well when I asked questions. Good experience.
