My experience was very positive, a bit of a wait with a numbering system to get serviced, but staff was very knowledgeable, speedy and courteous once served.

They are NOT trained technician, very unprofessional. They put my new lens on my frame and scratched my lens by the long nail. And of course they refuse it with very bad atitude. I bet you they will do the same thing to you if go there.
