Costco Wholesale, Elk Grove CA

Costco Wholesale’s primary charitable efforts specifically focus on programs supporting children, education, and health and human services in the communities where we do business. Throughout the year we receive a large number of requests from nonprofit organizations striving to make a positive impact, and we are thankful to be able to provide support to a variety of organizations and causes. While they would like to respond favorably to all requests, understandably, the needs are far greater than our allocated resources and we are unable to accommodate them all.

Parking spots are nice and wide. I visit several Costco's and for some reason this one you can always find a spot by the front and shopping is quicker than the other locations.

No problems. Nothing that stuck out as anything extra. Just your normal Costco. We ended up going a bit later in the evening and it was less busy.

Costco is amazing, but I feel like everyone already knows that. You definitely don't go for the service on the floor because it's almost nonexistent. Everyone is here for the great deals on everyday staples but also the seasonal or one time items. Prices are the best and the help at customer service is great. Even the food court is awesome. If I have to go shopping, I do it at Costco.

So glad Costco has come to elk Grove. South sac Costco was also way too busy no matter what time of the day. Elk Grove feels more spacious and parking seemsuch easier.

I likes the food on the side. Chicken wrap and pizza. Glasses read 2.0 set of 4 under $20.00 somewhere else 1 for $20.00 dollars

Love the variety of food & items to shop for. Biggest downfall is finding a clerk to help you. Wish they had signs up like in grocery stores to help find what you are looking for. Most clerks do not know where items are when you ask. Need more open cashier lines instead of waiting so long.

Be careful around the fuel station people get a little crazy, store is typical layout, out buildings still under construction. Slow for trucks they are very limited on the routes in the parking lot.

What's not to love about Costco? The cheaper prices on brand-name items, the cheaper gas or the famous hot dog from the food court? Just don't go on the weekend if you can avoid it. This place can get crazy busy!

Horrible location. No customer help over the phone. No one answered the phone. I called several times for about an hour and no one picked up the phone. I had to call another Costco to get help.

Costco has always been a favorite place to go for shopping. The only reason I have it at 4 stars though is that some stuff will disappear in time. I used to be able to buy Prims Colored Pencils here several years back, but they never returned after a year or so. They were pretty cheap and it was a large package. Still, you can find some cool stuff if you look hard enough and their meat is especially good stuff. Their snack and food is pretty good too, though my father managed to get food poisoning there a few times.

Costco is a great place to buy quality goods at a fair price! Having issues with your merchandise just take it back with your receipt, no questions asked! Exxellent customer service!

I'm giving it 5 stars but please check your carts, it produces some kind of kinetic electricity and iI get grounded all the time.

Prefer going to other Costco even though this is in my neighborhood. Poor customer services, spoiled produce, not happy this store sells produce from Mexico and south America instead of selling from growers from California. Parking lot not designed safely, heavy aggressive Citibantk credit card salesmen, narrow space to exit btw cashier/food court/food court sitting area and carts coming in/out.this space is dangerous traffic, terrible customer services at customer services. Was asking manager to look up a product which Costco is selling since they dont carry, he was not happy to do that, customer service hangs up calls

The are so many people that wonder and searching for that item that should be there already for example looking for a jar of jalapenos jalapenos. The staff was looking for me and then told me I could put in a request. This item should be stocked up. Been to three or four of your stores and the same results. What I was impressed by was I took my time to talk with staff that was trying so hard to rush though. I was so busy looking for items that I stop doing what I was doing to take some time to talk with her to let her know that not everyone has the same fastness a turtle is slow a sloff is even slower and there are things you can't hurry up and get done. When I took time to explain it she was relieved and relaxed that she was able to smile and get the item to the folks that gathered around for her presentation. It's not about how fast she was it was how the final results were. By my actions of stopping what I was doing and talk with her cause a domino effect on other's and when I was asking for the jar of jalapenos and someone else stopped to help, no where to be found. He said talk to to customer service or manager the request forms are located near the door as you going out. It wasn't about the jar of jalapenos. Of course my recipe that calling for items just could be a slow season. To the staff you are doing your best at whatever small task that you is on your agenda for that day. You should know that it may seem like oh my goodness, and overwhelming just know what can be done can and what can't is that hurry up and wait. Meh. No one likes waiting. No worries shall be on the way.it's only going to take a little time which reminds me to get plant like thyme to grow in the garden oooh need some soil. Now that is thyme that has to grow in its own time. Oh I do like when they play good music too. The educational books the new things to see like the idea of all the things that are going to be in for the holidays and birthday party items. Just so many things and the people's we got people. We are the people LoL Oh now I am just rambling on this is the song that never ends. Lamb chop the puppet. Just keep up the good work and then and then. My experience with you is rewarding have a great day. The errands to run and the demands of folks that need me are high or low even sad at the moment. I want to thank you again

The ONLY Costco I have ever been to where I don't have to park a mile away just to get a parking space close to the door, no matter what time of day I have been.

We love Costci Elk Grove. I have yet to see a grumpy employee.everybody seem to be enjoying their job and are friendly.

Store is easy to maneuver and is always clean. Very short wait to pay for my stuff. This is a very nice Costco.

Love Cosco! Chekout lines are always too long though. They need a shopping app like Sam's Club has. Scan UPC codes and walk right put the door.

Only problem I'm finding is their ice machines are broken all the time. Nothing but excuses on why and when it will be fixed. Other than that. AMAZING! Great products, affordable memberships with decent rebate offer for Executive members.
