Costco Wholesale reviews
24Costco has been a great favorite of mine for years and it only gets better! The self checkout area was a great addition. I did not go to it during the epidemic, but shortly after I received my 2nd immunization, I was shopping there again and so happy!
Went to buy personal items and some fruit. At check out, the clerk was bad from the beginning. He jumped me on the card and while I was taking my items out of my cart. He never said please and order me to take my card out of the machine. I left with my friend without paying. We came back and spoke to the manager Edwin and he gave a robotic response. My friend said he spent over $100,000 at the store and Edwin said it doesn't matter if you had spent $0 or $100,000.
Edwin was protecting his workers, said he would speak to him and we know he would do nothing.
I will never shop at this Costco again!
My mom lost her walking cane at this location, tried calling, one person picked up and transferred me to lost and found and they hung up without picking up phone. Now no ones picking up the phone when I call.
Always good prices but its kind of annoying when you ask an employee to help you find something and they just point and tell you its that was
What can I say, it's Costco? I went to get chocolate chips and pecans to make my annual Christmas fudge. It was the third batch! Can't disappoint people! The lines weren't too busy at all, they moved very fast. Those people have it under control and know their jobs. They do them well.
Great! The store is very crowded though, there's always new things on display which is also great. Just that the store is litterly a ware house and doesn't look nice. Great products!
Rarely busy! Staff are nice.
Honestly my favorite Costco in Orange County I just wish they'd bring back the Country Archer Mango Habanero beef jerky! Even the gas station is great multiple stalls and never a mad house or warzone like the parking lot at the Garden Grove location.
Most of the staff on the floor need to understand that the customer comes first. I had 2 run-in's where the Costo employee attempted to walk in front of me.basically blocking my path of travel. Thank goodness their cashier's are nice (Erik)!
It was too packed and there was too many Chinese people they don't know what they're doing they don't watch out where they're going and then just hit you with the cart
Wow, first time ever in a Costco. BIG would be a good description. And it seems that the deals are really pretty good per my wife. One thing for sure, if you need something from the milk or fresh veggies section you should wear socks and shoes. They are seriously good areas. Almost lost a toe to frost bite!
Got new glasses at the optical counter and had the BEST service! Thank you Ula for being so helpful and sweet! Amazing customer service! And she's quick too!
GREAT PLACE TO BUY EVERYTHING. BIG SIZES AT LOW PRICES. SO EXPECT TO SPEND A FEW HUNDRED BUCKS EVERY TIME.:)
Great food court! It is cheap and the free samples in the warehouse are always worth the wait. I tend to buy some of my supplies in bulk, but I spend most of my time here on the samples or deciding what to eat in the food court. You need membership to enter. So cough up that $50.
Parking is a nightmare most days of the week. Lower prises to other Costco makes up for the parking issue. Great staff and customer service.
Large variety of products from electronics, food, clothes and a few furniture in reasonable prices
The cashier named Suzy M.throws my stuffs for no particular reason. Then she's immediately nice to the next customer. I have no idea what I did wrong to her.
I shop here way too often. It is basically my happy place. I always shop for alcohol here cuz it's really great deals all the time. Especially for the larger whiskey bottles. The samples are the reason I started coming here. I'm here 4 times a week.
I go to Costco to get deals and they have some good ones. All large quantities so you need storage space, and it is usually crowded.
Even though there's always tons of people the staff work efficiently and are extremely helpful.
I love Costco, I love the fact one Costco carries exact same things with few add on depends on which state you're in.
