Costco Wholesale, San Francisco CA

Love this Costco. Plenty of parking, store is clean, lines are short never more than a 5 min wait at the most.

I bought a $1400 Macbook pro from Costco this January. Around ~120 day of the purchase, the laptop display failed. So far, I made 2 trips to Apple Store for repair. After the first trip, AppleCare broke the laptop further by causing scratches on the top case, dent on the bottom case, a broken USB C port, and a battery totally drained and failing diagnosis test.
As of current, I am 2 weeks without a working laptop. I bought a brand new Macbook Pro from Costco that in 4 months, had turned out to be a beaten, refurbished product.

Absolutely love this store! Would add couple "but".
1) i don't understand why do I need demonstrate a member card at the entrance while It needs to be scaned by at the cashier
2) some goods you can find in one store but some you have to go to another. That's good we have two stores closer to each other.

I bought a membership there around 8: 15pm at night although the sign said they closed at 8: 30pm, and I specifically asked the man if I would have to come back tomorrow to shop. He insisted that once I was inside the store I would be able to shop for at least 30 minutes or so. He lied, after 5 minutes a manager came up to me and told me I had to stop shopping and leave. I started to tell him what the other man said to me but he cut me off and said I had to go now. I had my kids with me and him and some other guy watched us and blocked us from grabbing any additional food items and walked us to the front. That extremely bad service and why would you blatantly lie to a guest just to get them to sign up? I'll be visiting a different Costco tomorrow. I don't recommend this one.

Hot dogs and pizza are certainly not health foods, but the Costco deals on these items are epic. Tasty hotdog and a soda for $1.50 (what is this, 1950?). Lol.their merchandisers take their jobs seriously. It’s a rarity to make a purchase at Costco that you aren’t satisfied by.

Employees are great and food too. They work and help as much as they can. The problem is costco. I can't believe they have only two employees in the food station with a huge line. Give them help! Congrats to them for keeping up.

Horrible store, customer service is getting worse and the qualities are getting worse too. 6 out of 12 apples are not edible. Yet the worst part you can find is the banana section.

THE GREAT STAFF IN THE QORLD! ALQAYS GREETING UOU WIRH AN AMAZING SMILE AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE, AND ALWAYZ WILLING TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE MY FAMILY AND I ARE COMFORTABLE AND WANTING TO RETURN OVER AND OVER THANKS AGAIN COSTCO STAFF.
