Look at date sold by the 25th it was moldy.you owe $10 costco

Shocked that Costco no longer do passport photos for it's member. Best price in town. Now a bust. Other products is solid, yet with this location. Not sure organic mixed vegetables are sold here.

1 worker for a long line for returns. Waited over 30 minutes to return an item and no one acknowledged the wait time being very long

I stopped @ Crown Valley Costco today to order a few new Glasses @ the Optical Center. John C. (OPT) helped me get it DONE. Very impressed how quick & clean John handled this for me. On point & friendly. John C.knows his stuff & Costco Optical System & Services. Since I was there he also tackled my Membership Renewal w/ease. Mostly, John cared about me & my needs # that moment. Normally I'd give my local Costco 4 stars. I was asked to review my visit 3 days ago. That would be my tire appointment, so this review is specifically about the tire department, not the whole store.

The week before this incident I stopped in to get one tire changed. They gave me a number to put on the car. I said I'd move the car closer and was told no, the service guy would find me. I was standing by the car when it started chirping like mad. It was the service guy looking for the car. I gave him a shout, and he walked over kinda upset and started to tell me how I could park closer and they wouldn't have to search. He calmed right down when I told him I had offered and was told to stay where I was. I might have heard some mumbling about counter guys. Maybe. I made an appointment to get the other three tires changed. I showed up for my appointment and they had two of the three tires I needed. They made their excuses, gave me everything but a simple apology, and told me to try the Laguna Niguel Costco. I drove over and was told it would be a 4 hour wait since I didn't have an appointment there and was considered.walk in. I understood that, they have their own customers with appointments to service first. I made another appointment, paid for the tires and was assured they would be there. So I get to drive back to LN again to get the tires I should have gotten 4 days earlier.

I question some things. Why didn't they call me and let me know instead of wasting my time and fuel? Since it's an appointment they know I'm coming in. You'd think a quick check ahead of time to make sure you have what you need need is simple enough. That's like a doctor saying he's glad you came in, but no prescription pad today. See another doctor.

The guy at the counter was very defensive even though I never raised my voice, cussed or called him bad names. Maybe working the counter and dealing with some people makes you that way. He was so busy telling me why it wasn't his fault he forgot to say sorry. It's a bad thing to forget.

Maybe it was a one off and normally they're good. I don't know. I just know they've wasted hours of my time, wasted my fuel and delayed my tire installation by days. Fortunately I'm getting ready for a road trip in January and didn't need them right away. It was $1000 worth of tires altogether, which you'd think they'd want to keep in their store. Whether it's $10 or $1000, a smile and a thank you is always in order. Customer Service 101.

I won't be going back to the Capo Beach Cosrco tire center. That won't distress them much since getting tires again is a years later thing. What should distress them is that I'm going to steer everyone I know away from them. Just 10 people that go somewhere else is $10,000 worth of business. Customer service matters. We have voices and choices.

This is one of my favorite Costco stores. Their optical department is run very well; I can tell that customer service is top priority.

I picked up two new pairs of prescription glasses and Ryan in the optical department did an amazing job and provided excellent customer service.

Good place for certain products and lowest gas prices in town. Great for anyone that needs large quantities. However, they constantly move products around the warehouse, and too frequently products aren't available or sometimes are discontinued, which can be frustrating. Also, some of their gas pumps don't work well, i.e. Shut off although the gas tank is no where near full.

It doesn't matter how many stars you give to this Costco location. The store doesn't seems it's functioning as it should be and unfortunately the store management staff seems that they don't have any interest of making sure that the store is functioning as it should be. The fruit section offten has fruits that are start rotting or has mold on them. Try to look at the peaches, oranges, some of the English cucumbers etc. Some of the merchandise are stack up high enough that you may injure yourself if you try to reach out for them. I am sure that some of this heavy items are not in compliance with ADA requirements. Of course if you mention to the staff they respond as "this is how the management asked us to do". Have I mentioned dogs coming in to the store and around refrigerator and freezer and when you ask the manager on floor the respond as they are SERVIICE DOGS, yet they have no tags or special identification to indicate that they are in fact SERVICE DOG. CLEARLY the management of this costco location and perhaps other costco wholesale stores need the refresher course of requirements for ADA and requirements for presence of service dogs in store and where the foods are being served or sold. The store management's were reminded of this issues and simply they don't care. I wish cocto HQ people would do something about these issues.

They always have what you need and someone to help you find! Also always clean and very organized

I am mixed on this location. It is very convenient, which often makes it very crowded. This makes parking difficult. Layout is a little unique, probably because the building is on a long and relatively narrow lot.

Generally, this is a good store for all of the reasons that make Costco a good store, but it is otherwise unremarkable.

This Costco looks the ghettoest outside but it's the nicest Costco inside.the place is always clean and orderly. I never have a problem parking here.the heather ridge Costco is bigger but there are twice as many people there. Costco is this ultra exclusive membership store that is high security. So don't forget your Costco card. I am glad they started using the online cards. I used to fight with them everytime because they would not scan a picture of my card. But now they do on the app.so lame

This is my favorite Costco. Is not as crowded. Everything is fresh, they offer many varieties and gas station ️ is not busy at all love the food court too. We shopped a lot from this place during the pandemic and staff are great

I was disappointed in the fact that they didn't draw a smile face for my son on the recite, he cried all night about it

Very helpful staff, during the week is definitely less busy before rush hour.
Forget the weekend shopping if you're afraid of covid plus it would take probably around 30 minutes to get trough check out.

This Costco is a smaller version of the really big box store. With that said they are not quite as busy and the employees appear so much more helpful. An example would be the optometry section where you select your frames and lenses. Employee spends ample time showing you various frames and then fitting the glasses. The snack bar you can order your food on line and wait for it in a separate line away from customers ordering in person. On line is a much faster way to get your food.

Best Costco in Southern California. Big Shoutout to an associate Ryan Lowe who went above and beyond, and provided great customer service! Will recommend this Costco to everyone.

The store was uncrowded and check-out went. I was disappointed because I couldn't find Kirkland creamy peanut butter or black bean chipotle burgers.

I jst went here to put gas. It was way faster then most costco gas. Maybe i caught it at a good time? I dnt know but was cool.

Good Costco. It's a smaller one but it's always clean and never crowded, decent selection off products, everything you'd expect to find at Costco.
