Costco Wholesale reviews
14Always super busy but usually fully stocked, food court uses electronic kiosk for ordering now
Overall experience is good, staffs are helpful but sometimes stocks are not available for all deals even that should be available in store and hardly it comes back within the sale period if its already sold out. Some of the vegetables are not good typically when on sale.
The staff'spoofed' I bought a whole pizza at 1: 00 noon on November 11,2021 and hurriedly took it away. When I got home, my son found out who had taken a big bite of the pizza. It was disgusting.
Unfortunately, my very favorite place to shop, just kidding, but I do spend a lot of money at Costco
I forgot an item when I got up to the cashier and one of the workers went and got it for me.
I mean, it's Costco. It's packed and it's a little chaotic but you can't beat the prices and quality. I would *highly* recommend their "everything bagels", they are simply wonderful.
Definitely a busy store! But it’s Costco you walk in with an empty cart and walk out with everything you need, if not more than what you actually needed.
They were extremely busy for Monday but I still like going there for our Mass quantity shopping as well as the cheap gasoline.
Im often in car when my husband stops here for gas and it always makes me very uncomfortable. My husband is disabled and recently had his knee replaced so is using a qalker. We stopped by at 12: 30 on a Monday (ok lunchtime not good), but there wasn't a single parking spot, much less any handicapped parking. We gave up and went a few blocks away for lunch, returning around 2pm. We found a parking spot but there were none of the motorized carts for the handicapped. I asked the lady at the door. She said they were being used and there was someone ahead of us waiting already. There are laws protecting handicapped people, but they are lacking these items and will be reported. There were still a ridiculous amount of people in the store. We tried walking thru with walker but they were out of what we came for so we left and will never go back there again.
Best chicken bake period. I have been to several Costco in California, ranging from up North-Cali, like Sacramento, through Central (being the worse). And down to So-Cali. Legit best chicken bake. Now, stepping away from the food court for a moment, it's a Costco. It's always pack, which is a good thing, and is very friendly. Would highly recommend this one.
This is for the tire department
Not trust worthy
Indirectly called me a lier
Too much headache and hard time
I trust Costco, I like the service, so I decided to use them for my tire change as well, soon I regretted doing so, I was deeply disappointed… Costco tire department was the worst experience I’ve had with tire change.
To keep the story short: I got tires installed at a different Costco store, came with 80k miles warranty, they were gone much faster than that, when I went back to them after the dealer told me all 4 tires were as soft as snake skin and need to be charged soon! I installed them less than 40k miles ago when my car had +35k, but Costco documented that my car had only 2k when I did the tire change! This can’t be since I bought the car with more miles than that lol then used the original tires for a few years… they said maybe it’s missing a zero so it’s 20k not 2k, I still don’t think so but oh well, then they said only 3 tires qualify! For unconvincing reason.
So they applied my warranty credit and told my you’ll be paying around 500+ to change them but we need to order them… they got them few days later and today I went to get them installed, they said it’s gonna be almost 700, I told him you said 5 the other day, he literally said “I don’t know where you came up with this number” just like that! Then I argued and they checked again and again … finally got what I was told before 500 and something…. They also didn’t put the right milage so I had them to correct the paper this time.
Never trust them on your tires, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, or if you must go here, don’t trust them, check and check again what they write and whatever they tell you get it on paper because next day they’ll say, we didn’t say that you’re just hallucinating my man.
I don't care to much for Costco to many people there are no sign so you know where the product is that you are looking for employees bad attitude thanks but no thanks
Like most Costco‘s, it is extremely busy inside. However, typically they have everything that I’m looking for versus some other club stores where you’re continuously running into out of stock items.
