Costco always a good place to shop especially since they have senior hours
Fast and friendly staff
Especially my Hawaiian friend who makes sure I have my receipt

The store was clean lots of great buys. Cashier was friendly great customer service. I was hungry I purchased to many things. Never shop when hungry.

All was good. Was able to get everything I needed, and the line was short, and fast. All Good.

The return line was super short. Sadly the produce was rotten again. Seem to be happening a lot this year.

I love Costco, would be a member if only for their great vanilla ice cream that is 1/3 the price of same-quality ice creams elsewhere. Very convenient when I am southbound on I-405 going home to Torrance. The 2nd Rosecrans exit empties out with either a turn left or right to go to main city streets or straight across the intersection into the Costco parking lot.

Costco's are pretty consistent. This one is no different. I mean that in a good way. I do like coming to this particular one because they tend to have the items that I want such as the Kirkland golf balls, clothing choices and other items. I have gone to other Costco's that don't always have the certain items I'm looking for.

Always an adventure. Always busy in the later afternoons but lines typically move pretty quickly. When in need of help staff is usually pretty great at offering their help.

Costco stopped carrying pedigree and only stock Kirkland dry dog food. Tried looking for canned food and no one could give me an answer.

What's not to like, prices bulk items and fresh veggies, I shop for toiletries that have a great price point and last me for months. Anyway Costco has the things I need.

Lately I've purchased gasoline here but you must be a member in order to do so or make purchases in the store.
No more one day free pass for a day.

Primarily buy gas at Costco.
Recently installed self-checkout lines help with people buying fewer items than most.
There are also two car tire air pumps outside of the auto center, so patrons don't have to bother or wait on the repair staff.

Terrible customer service! My wife purchased a coffee maker today but her Costco citi card showed two charges $110 and $117. She took the receipt and print out back to the store for correction and the supervisor checked the computer record which showed nothing was purchased for the amount $117 but won't reverse the charge and instead told her to call citi cc to dispute the charge. Obviously, it's a mistake made by their cashier however possible but we have to go through the trouble to corrct it! Why can't they just credit the account in usual manner? This is something everyone needs to watch out which luckily she did when shopping at Costco or any store so it doesn't surprise you when monthly bill comes!
