Costco Wholesale, Chula Vista CA

You're average, everyday Costco. This Costco location in particular never seems to have anything of interest compared to other Costco locations throughout San Diego. For the more interesting items, Morena Blvd or the Costco's up north would be better.

Despite living in a two person household Costco is one of my favorite places to shop because I never have to question the quality of what I'm buying! Not sure how recent this is or if it's at other locations, but I did have to show my membership card at the outdoor food court.

Beware of the staff who wears a "smiley" mask. I was in a hurry to go the restroom and saw this man, about 5'5"-5'7" height, average built, who's standing between the entrances of the male and female restroom. He walked towards me and whispered, "Hi! " so close to my left ear that I was taken aback. My initial reaction was to walk faster and ignore what he did however when I was about to leave the female restroom I saw him again, that's when I realized that he works for Costco. This happened yesterday around 3: 30-4: 30pm.

Good layout, clean, always stocked with what im looking for. Also the gas station is usually quick.

Busy and no control in parking lot. As many people work there you would think someone was controlling traffic especially by gas station

It is the best wholesale store out there. There was a documentary on how Costco selects it's products, it just shows how good this place is. The staff is awesome and helpful, prices are great as well as the selection. The only knock is that they run out of stuff from time to time, and they are hella busy. I highly suggest everyone go here.

This the only Costco in the heart of the South Bay.always packed but. I can always find what im looking for.but now I have a baby but could not find Newborm diapers.

Gas station gets pretty busy during lunch hours and late afternoon. Theres always a lot of people inside the store. But what can you expect, it is costco! They can use more parking space. Sometimes it takes time to find a parking spot. Walmart right beside it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called just to ask a warranty question about tires we had purchased. I called more then several times and the staff continued to put me on hold so long that it would disconnect every time. I would think twice about doing any business at that location. That's a terrible reflection on the company and bad for business.

This is a smaller Costco than other ones I've been to but it's okay because I get around faster and get my shopping done quicker. They have an independent optical shop, pharmacy, and tire shop. I might buy my tires here but never go in for rotation and periodic maintenance because the wait is too long. So I do it myself or go elsewhere.

Ironically, the gas station is a whole lot more spacious than the gas station at other Costcos I've been to, so that's a plus. The gas prices are the best! Thus, you'll find long lines at the pump a lot. I've found that the best time to get gas is early in the morning after I drop the kids off at school.

Always well stocked and a great variety! Check out lines are extremely quick and the employees are very helpful and considerate. This is a fantastic place to shop.

Long lines but costco customer service and quality. Then the people who stop directly in front of you for 5 minutes so they can get their free sample.busy place so expect a crowd.

We stopped to eat the other day your tables were all dirty and I got sick they don't clean their place

So busy right now! Plan on spending 10 minutes driving around looking for a parking spot. And if you need to return an item the line literally goes out the door and around the corner. Heaven Help Us what it will be like after Christmas with returns.

Costco is a place were you can get more for less basically. They also have workers around the store handing out free samples. Outside of Costco they sell food such as (hotdogs, burgers, etc.). Lines at checkout may be long but they go by fast.

Great selection of quality products at competitive prices but the large crowds are unpleasant especially on Sunday's. Costco definatley needs to open another location to serve the growing population in the Otay Ranch mall in my opinion. The locations on Broadway and H Street just can't keep up with the demands of the growing population.

Costco is a very great stores to go to they have lost things that I've reasonable prices depends what you looking for

Facility is clean and organized. I go there once a week. I took one star off for parking plus the poorly relocated gas station.
