Costco Wholesale reviews
1712/16/21. Pretty bad experience at the pizza window. A customer yelling at us. We were just asking the guy when our pizza might be ready. And these other customers think were stealing their pizza. Don't need drama over a pizza. Got our money back. SOME PEOPLE NEED TO GROW UP. ITS JUST PIZZA.
Excellent prices for almost all products. No way to let them know when our favorite items are not on the shelves and should be reordered
Great place to shop, prices on most items very good, clothing not alot of variety and dont always carry the same items. But peicing is very reasonable.
Store has everything you need, the only inconvenient thing is the long lines to pump gas but otherwise we love shopping here!
Costco is always a good place to go and brab what you need in bulk, but the people working at their cash registers act like the Costco police
It was crazy here today. People drive crazy like they do on the street. I couldn't believe it. People can be so rude. Thank God I found a parking near the front of the store because when I starting putting my purchases in the car people were fighting for parking space.it was crazy.
It's Costco. Parking sucks, it's always crowded, but you always go there and end up spending more than you planned. Nuff said.
Been here many times and I never had a bad experience with this Costco's Employees. So I shop at this Costco over other Costco Wholesale Warehouses.
Clean, efficient, and well-organized. It's always busy here but the lines aren't as long as some Costco locations. I also appreciate that there are more online ordering options available all the time.
Children playing in handicap scooters I had to walk behind. Cart with a broken leg needless to say I got an emergency item n left I will get the rest at sams tomorrow. Staff was rude n unhelpful
I think this is a regular Costco store. Nice customer service. Fast and crowded in some day's. Always clean. The food cort always clean.
Although some people don't believe it, but Costco has Great sales. One family bought a brand new, floor model stainless steel fridge for only $500!
I very much dislike this store. There are about 5 Costco's that I visit depending where I am throughout the week. If I could avoid coming back to this one I do. I regret to say that I'm here today, and I had a misunderstanding with the old lady at the front as I'm coming in. She made it nearly impossible for me to come in. This is for the upper management outside the store, I did wait for a supervisor to get my verison and the young man, William, did an amazing job talking to me and making me feel like an EXECUTIVE MEMBER and a BUSINESS MEMBER. (We own restaurants, so we have both memberships.) I asked him who the manager was and he pointed him out to me. I noticed he was really busy, and I did mention to William that I would tell him of incident once we were walking out. Coincidently we ran into the manager as we were walking around. Despite of what I look like, I'm very nice. Stephen, I could tell you wanted to lie about not being the manager, and it looked as if you were bothered by me. I made it very clear that I have been self employed for twenty five years, so customer service is something I pride myself in, despite that you tried to belittle the situation and were unwilling to take an incident report. I MADE THIS CLEAR TO YOU. I know she's not going to get fired for this, but like I wanted the incident to be acknowledged, whomevers falt it was. Someone with an attitude like that and a dislike for their job has probably been disrespectful and prejudgemental yo other customers.
William thank you very much.
At the time Costco was open just for seniors, totally understandable. I need to used restroom so so bad ask an attendant named Christi that I needed to use restroom urgently. She said no and that I had to wait until it was open for public. I’m a healthcare worker but did not bring my badge tried using my insurance card to prove I’m a healthcare worker for Pomona Valley Hospital to be able to use restroom. Again she said no. Three times I had begged her to use the restroom she said no. I had to call the administrative office to complain. The person I spoke to allowed me in. Came out of the restroom went outside to enter appropriately. Encountered Christi she refused to look at me I presented my Costco card to her even then she wouldn’t acknowledge or even check my card. Mad me mad. I told her “ before you refuse to let someone use the restroom make sure the answer was absolutely a no. How in the world would you refuse a customer to use the restroom when it was only less than 10 min before opening to the public. Change your policy in regards to this. I am absolutely appalled by Christi. Told my friends about this.
I love Costco and the fact that they pay they're employees a living wage unlike many other companies and still happen to have great deals and service
People are shopping COVID-19 crazy here again but at least they're putting item limits. So there's still some tp and milk but other stuff is out like Starbucks mocha so don't hold your breath.
Everything is great about this place. But someone really need to direct people to the gas pumps. All the time is it packed all on one side.
