Costco Wholesale, Eastvale CA

The Costco experience? What can you say, you go in to buy one thing and BOOM, you have two carts and a flatbed filled up. You can't realy afford NOT to buy anything there, but the good thing is whatever you buy you won't need again for 6 months. It's kinda like " It hurts so good I love it! "

In recent times, I have found that they have piled goods on all the aisles, which seriously affects the smoothness of the aisles and the shopping experience.

Newer Costco right across from Amazon fulfillment warehouse, parking is quite easy even on the weekends. The staff is always friendly and courteous. There are optometrist, optical, hearing aids, pharmacy, food court and tire center. The pharmacy does provide COVID-19 vaccines, registration is online and select a time slot available. The staff at the bakery are also helpful and just picked up a custom order cake, easy tasty and very affordable.

I like costco most of there products are good but the fruit here sucks.avocado terrible, cuties were going bad after 3 days.worst place to buy fruit.bagels hit or miss.stale after couple days. I would not recommend buying fruit here. Garden hose is junk, plastic grip slides down and hose kinks, bought Fila tennis shoes after 6 months of less then normal use falling apart. I will not renew my membership for $60 basic just to buy pizza or hot dog. Going back to Sams Club, qaulity on their stuff is better.

Worst experience! Got a jacket that was $34.99 and when paying they charged it for $44.99 I specifically told the cashier that the sign said $34.99 and all they said was “oh well someone probably put it there” I guess someone put 20+ jackets there.didn’t even believe it after I send my daughter to take a picture of the price

Do not have passport photos and city of corona to small, still good stuff, high quality

Very busy store. Lots of foot traffic. Don’t expect to find a parking near the store entrance. Drive carefully and is busy parking lot.

Are your associates at the self checkout line there for customer service or are they there to handle the cattle and lead the herd to keep them moving? After covid y'all have acquired a bad attitude!

I tried the optical center today. I was very pleasantly surprised to find I could get a pair of glasses and sunglasses for 1/2 of what my optometrist wanted to charge me for glasses only. The person that waited on me was very pleasant and informative. Her customer service was excellent. I found that Costco had a wide variety of frames.

Well what can you say about Costco. It was a clean store. The lines.well the lines will be the lines at Costco.

Customer services at the self check out has an attitude if you ask a question cause credit card doesn’t go thru not knowing they only take visa and not master card my bad lady shoot me next time lol

Quite busy but the staff was very helpful in finding whatever I needed, answered my questions promptly and willingly

Gas pumps always open, never a big line of vehicles and plenty of check out cashiers ro keep help everyone check out quickly, by far the best Costco I've shop at

It has been more than two weeks. I've been leaving voice messages to this company named Gallagher Bassett which handles Costco claims. I've not gotten a call back at all.

Recently have one of my tire repaired at this location and the technician damaged my rim during the process. He denied wrong doing and I filed a claim with Costco. But this is where the hell begins. Not too long after I received a voice message from Gallagher Bassett which apparently takes care of Costco Claims. I thought I can settle and move on. Wrong. I've been calling and leaving messages daily but the person who handles my claim never call back. This company located in Saint Charles, MO. There is two hours time difference. Fine, I make sure to call during office hours but nope.voice mail is all I reached every time I called.

I'm totally disappointed at how Costco handles this situation. Definitely gave me a clear view of how their upper division handle customer services.

The young lady at Pharmacy doesn't listen. Brunette long hair Sept 21 10am. I told her Claritin D. She grabbed the Kirkland brand. I wasn't looking and they staple the brown bag with the receipt. Look before they place it in the brown bag. I never said Kirkland Claritin D. Now I need to go back to a different costco because I seldom go to the hamner location. By the way, if you have T mobil service and try to get costco wifi. It's challenging sometimes.
