Costco Wholesale, Bakersfield CA

It was a good experience. I haven't been to Costco in over 3 years. My wife obtained the membership this time. Bye Sam's Club.

This Costco is kinda weak. I shop at Costco because it has affordable organic and vegetarian options. For some reason this Costco only stocks the least quality items and never has the organic brown rice I get at every other Costco.

I would have given you a 5-star but the food court requires your membership in all honesty Cusco TripAdvisor Clausen for people that are outside food court for non-members as well

Patty at returns questions blacks and latinos alot when returning items but she doesnt question whites when they're returning stuff. I've witnessed it and experienced it first hand.

Employees are very rude and quick to yell or talk down to you. I witnessed an employee yelling at a man in the self checkout line accusing him of not waiting in line when he was. I also got charged for an item twice. I went to get my money back and was treated as if I was lying. They checked cameras and saw I didn't steal anything and gave my money back. This was after the cashier was a total jerk.

I love Shopping at Costco. They have so much to shop for and prices are Great. I wish the supervisors in red vest treat Members better And hope the cashiers will learn to have better Customer service instead of looking down and counting each item a member purchases. They should look up an great the Customer For they are the last ones the Members see before walking out the club.

Nice staff, lines move fast! Snack bar lines are way to long, should have a handicap line I don't understand why they don't

Costco warehouse it's so so I won't buy online as much before it took him too long to get my washer and dryer heads up on buyers of washer and dryers took them 3 months to get my washer and dryer

My preferred retailer store. You can buy an engagement diamond ring or just a rostisserie Chicken for dinner. This store is amazing

They need scan & go capabilities. The lines & service are ridiculously crazy & inappropriate

Cashier Nickie is extremely rude and condescending. I understand that the holidays are approaching and that the stores are busy, but don't disregard customer service. Costco please do better.

If you're looking to buy in bulk, this would be a good place to visit! The only problem is you'd have to have a membership to enter the shopping center. I can place money if they did not have that feature, they would have a lot more foot traffic every day.

Love going to the Costco off of Panama Bakersfield California. The employees are so helpful always with a big smile on their face and I love their pumpkin pie and pecan pie are so delicious if you haven't tried it you're missing out

The pharmacy needs to communicate better. I called at 340 to check status of 2 prescriptions. The girl on the phone stated one was ready and the other would be ready in approx 30 min. An hour later, at 445 pm, I went all the way over to the store only to find out the 2nd medication couldn't be filled until tomorrow. I should have received a phone call giving me that information to save me a long drive out there. I do not appreciate this poor service.

I would always prefer to come here for my shopping needs than to go to a few different stores to get the same items.

Don't have a membership cause I only go for the pizza it's bomb I have no use for 2 thousand rolls of tolet paper or 5lbs of ketchup

Costco is always good. All you need at a good price and good product. Great people working there.

We risked a Saturday before Christmas and, as expected, the parking lot was totally full. However everybody seemed to be moving right along, grabbing their items and getting out fast as they could. Costco employees were quick and efficient and we got everything we needed and then some.
