Costco Wholesale reviews
22We have been members for more than 30 years and keep returning for the bargains. Easy returns and friendly staff are a plus.
Its conveniently in the middle of the SF. Valley. Usually busy parking in weekends and evenings. Well stocked. Services are good if you make appointments ahead. For car, make days ahead.
Costco is a leader in customer satisfaction. They now have self-check out. The only drawback to Costco is: Many of their Customers are very inconsiderate of other Customers.
All Costcos are great because Costco is an amazing Honest company that has ideals and sticks with them! The Costco values shine bright in this Costco especially cause it’s my Costco that I always go to, they are always clean and they always have the best merchandise and the best price, Costco is just the best. 10/10 wish I could give more
This is the worst managed Costco. Most stores are efficient but this one is always a nightmare. The checkout lines were over a half hour long, yet there were employees roaming around doing nothing.
Costco will always be my go to store for basic necessities and electronics. Staff is always sweet and helpful.
Food court lacks service. Received the smallest portion from any Costco in U. S I paid $5 and $2.worth. I tried to complain but they were rude and don't care.
Great food at reasonable prices. There are always samples to eat while you shop and it's a fun place to go.
The store itself is huge and has everything you'd expect any Costco to have. This is generally a busy store; not easy to park and with very long check-out lines. The pharmacy's workers are friendly, but lines to pick-up meds can be long as well. Big eating area that includes an outside.
Great products to go shopping for, great snack bar
Thankful I was not in the return line today. (Two days after Christmas)
The credit card that I always used, Mastercard, was not accepted this time. It had been in the past. I will think twice before I return
Love it! It has a food court. Make sure to order 30 mins before going to costco if your craving a whole pizza
Great customer service at gas station and membership desk. Unfortunately I was completely ignored for several minutes in electronics while two associates stood nearby engaged in personal conversation. I left without purchasing the item I wanted because I got too annoyed.
Large store, freeway close. Jade gas pumps and garage on site. Parking at this location it terrible.
Worst parking lot / gas station I've seen at a Costco. This place was packed with cars fighting for spots. The traffic couldn't flow at all because of pedestrians crossing everywhere and narrow turns
Crazy busy no matter what time of the day you arrive, but the selection is great and the pizza is delicious.
The need for Costco in the Inland empire is crazy. They build one and the line starts. They are killing it. I wish Corona Costco the best, it can be a real zoo. The parking lot is full. The gas station must be timed hit that before 9 am. They could make it a 2 story gas station. So my drone car can fill up. I do not know how to help Costco. But you could have a fast pass like Disney Land. That way I can show up and have a small line. I do not know. But good luck!
It is good but I always spend spend spend! Some good deals. Large quantities on items, more than generous return policies. I like that they try to keep up good Christian values which remain in their choices of books and in general their very much a necessity to the community! Can be a pain to park but worth it and hey that buck fifty dog n' drink can not be beat! Pretty good cheese pizza too.
Prices are still great but they have completely let go of customer service. The employees are rude, have an attitude and don't want to help anymore.
