Cotijas Mex Grill reviews
17Always bomb food, and great costumer service. If you need a new taco/burrito place, go here!
Same girl. Same rudeness. Slow service. Overpriced. 4.25 for each tamale.
Size ridiculous.
Flavor?
Will never go back.
Mainly because the overpriced menu.
Missing a $9 item from our drive thru order, 5 papas roll tacos, called to get a partial refund but ya just took it off the hook. Transaction 336822. Do the right thing
Fantastic food. Love the enchiladas.
The Hashbrown burrito is my favorite breakfast burrito in all of San Diego.
This Chile relliano burrito was excellent. Outstanding food. I was very surprised. I will be going back again. Great Good Mexican food
I ordered shrimp taco addling sour cream, I got a taco with 3 shrimp swimming in puddle of sour cream! It looked gross to eat!
Menudo flavor was super fire. But they literally filled my bowl with 2 giant bones, a ton of juice and very little meat, Definitely home made but no hominy in the menudo, so like a solid 5 pieces of meat maybe? So order more food, you wont get full. And it was pricey too, low key the staff is ghetto, I get it you know if you only speak Spanish thats whatever its San Diego I get it, BUT they are down right just unprofessional. Multiple cooks in the back blasting loud Spanish music the lady taking your order can't even hear you, youre literally yelling at her, its super uncomfortable and they took forever just to get order done like bro? Its juice in a bowl lets be real.
AMIGO is the ONLY chef here that I like! He hooks it up! Tip him well:)
P.s. All the female cashiers are so rude! Fire them lol
I got surf and turf fries just to get home and find out there was no shrimp so I drove back to get shrimp on them and asked if I could get extra shrimp because it was their mistake. And they wanted to charge me 2.50 when that should've been no problem since I went home and had to come back. I love the food usually but they always mess up on my orders! Super annoying!
This place is so good we come here often we are a family of 8 so every time I come here I spend like $50. Today was different the girl working today at 9: 00pm was really rude. We were calling out at the driveway so she can take our order and she wouldn't respond so we drove to the window, it took her 3 min to come to the window because she was having a conversation with the cook and laughing so hard. When she finally came to the window she told my husband that she couldn't hear us and told us to drive around and get back on the line because she couldn't hear us.we drove off and this business lost our money.they should hire ladies that do their job like they should
This was a chunky dark Mexican girl with a lot of makeup on. All I ask is for them to have good customer service
Look food is great not the best lookin as far as the hot sauce it's the closest to my Mom's as. I'll ever get at a restaurant my only gripe and major complaint is the Sosa from the fountain tasted like mildew or something moldy. Please clean out the machine this century
The Carne Asada Burrito is one of the best in town. The flavor of the meat is spot on, cooked with fresh tomatoes, onions and garlic, the meat is firm but not chewy, guacamole is well seasoned really enhancing the carne asada flavor and offering that awesome last few bites at the end where all those flavors just SING together. The red hot sauce is flavorful and a little spicy, but not so spicy you want to run for the milk, just enough to make your nose a little runny. This is definitely one you put on your list to go back to!
I have always loved the hash brown burrito, unfortunately the one I ordered recently, had no hash browns but instead had a huge glop of sour cream. It wasn't the best bite, but I will return because I know they have really good food and every business can have an off day
Definitely the place to go! Bombest chilaquiles ever! The Red chilaquiles are actually really hot BUT it's the type of hot that you are crying but can't get enough of. Also the tacos are FN Huge! I ordered 2 fish tacos and F**K ME! They were ginormous. Not only that, they tasted amazing. Been here in San Diego 2 days and have gone there for chilaquiles both days.
Whatever you do, don't get rolled tacos they they are gross and soggy from this place. The picture on the menu is not what they really look like
Went to drive thru. Food was ok. Asked for a crunchy cheese quesadilla. Wasn’t crunchy at all. They forgot my sour cream. Which costs $2.49! I thought it would be a little bit better considering they look really busy on the weekends.
Paid extra for guacamole and sour cream. When I got home neither was there. I called and they told me I needed to bring it back to show them or else they couldn't do anything. Pathetic! Go to Humbertos!
