I am very happy and thankful, that I find a chance to live here in Cottage Estates, the Management are really great and outstanding, our Manager and staff are very nice and supportive, the maintenance team are very nice and known persons, at all we are very happy here

Cottage Estates was a nice place to live, it was lots of families from different backgrounds so it was diverse, the management that was there when we lived there kept things in order nicely, but there times when things got out place or you saw the police coming through, but it wasn't often. I'd recommend it to someone because it also helped those who were low-income and that's rare in Sacramento, CA now.
