Too many crazy teenagers here, left dirty draws and words on playground facilities. They would literally run into slides even with other toddlers still using it. Too dangerous for little kid.

This is a modestly sized park with a play area for kids, a few picnic tables under an awning close to the play area, lots of green space and some nice shade trees.
